Refused Medical Accommodation for Gabor Maté Course – Predatory Refund Policy
I am deeply disappointed in MentorShow’s lack of ethics and basic human empathy. I purchased the Gabor Maté Masterclass but suffered a medical emergency that prevented me from accessing the platform until today.
Despite providing notice of my health crisis and my learning disability, their support team (specifically "Kedashka") refused to extend my 14-day trial to reflect my actual first day of access. They are strictly enforcing a "purchase date" policy that robs a recovering student of their trial period.
Furthermore, their refund "guarantee" is predatory and invasive. To get a refund after the trial, they demand photos of your private, therapeutic writing (the Healing Diary). For a company marketing "trauma-informed" content, requiring a customer to hand over their most private mental health reflections is a massive violation of privacy.
It is incredibly hypocritical to profit off Gabor Maté’s teachings on compassion while showing zero flexibility to a customer in a medical crisis. If you have a disability or a health issue, stay away—this company cares more about your credit card than your well-being.

Wish I'd read Reviews before subscribing...
I signed up yesterday for their "Special" before I realised that the 3 day free programme was not live....as advertised and portrayed. So the same complaint as many have said in the reviews. I emailed yesterday to cancel my subscription and demand a refund. Just one thing to mention.....the Carla who gives "her" email in replies to Reviews....the automated reply is the same as when I emailed Hello one. Also when I commented on the programme yesterday about the scam, I was blocked. I am really disappointed that Gabor Mate is aligned with this deception....or am I? we are in a time when peoples reputations are falling like the rain we've been having lately in Ireland. I think Gabor Mate should respond himself and explain what's going on as perhaps this has been done without his agreement...

Impossible to get a refund during the…
Impossible to get a refund during the legal time window. They kept pushing, told me I have to close the PayPal dispute before they could refund me. PayPal told me I should NOT do that and that Mentorshow can refund with one click on their side and the dispute will automatically be closed. Paypal told me a seller insisting I need to close an open dispute before they refund my money is a scam tactic. I have to escalate this to the authorities now. Really uncool behavior.

Gabor Mate's non-duality approach to healing trauma
Gabor Matè developed the non-duality point of view in H.E.A.L. masterclass for healing. I appreciate his work, his Vision is on top, because he works without punishment and maltreatment for people who suffer from being traumatised. I want be part of Gabor Matè's work, to build traumainformed societies in as many as possible nations for international healing transformation. Inscrite aux cinq jours de cours en visio gratuits, submergée par mes émotions devant des intervenants tels que Boris Cyrulnik, Gabor Maté et tous les autres collaborateurs et après 30 ans d'analyse freudienne et lacanienne et une maîtrise en psychanalyse à Paris 8, où je jouissais intellectuellement mais restais embourbée dans mon malheur, J'ai décidé, convaincue par ces cinq jours, de tenter l'expérience, espérant enfin m'en sortir. Je me suis inscrite et commence à peine les cours. Il faut du courage pour se regarder en face ni trop sévère ni et trop compâtissant. Il faut s'aimer déjà un peu... I have not really understood so many aspects of myself and the 'why' behind it. This program took me right to the root of my problems, defined it clearly and gave me a road map. It signposted me to other aspects to review and I can dip in and out, back and forth as I please. The therapy sessions are useful to watch even just on a playback basis.

J'ai reçu, soi disant un mail de relance pour annuler ou poursuivre mon abonnement le 30/12/25 pour une fin au 9/02/25.
Je n'ai jamais recu cette relance et de plus une seule relance.
Comment pouvons nous expliquer que d'autres plateformes comme Disney+ ou Amazon, par exemple, vous envoient plusieurs relances dont 2 semaines, quelques jours avant et meme la veille du renouvellement. Et là une seule relance le 30/12. Et on ne devrait pas parler d'arnaque parce qu'il y a les petites lignes (toutes petites lignes) de conditions indiquées. C'est vraiment prendre le consommateur pour un imbécile et l'arnaquer en beauté. Dommage car les intervenants sont de bons professionnels. Sont-ils au courant des agissements de la société ???
