The Memorial Company Recensioni

Great service from start to finish. They were really helpful in suggesting easier options in relation to the interment of Ashes. Very pleased with the encrypted vase and tidying of the grave.

What a lovely company to work with ! Sympathetic, supportive and professional , nothing too much trouble and the work completed to a very high standard . On behalf of all our family , a big well done .

"From start to finish,my experience with The Memorial Company for my father's headstone was truly outstanding. The team was consistently helpful and supportive, making a difficult time much easier to navigate. I was also particularly impressed with their pricing, which was exceptionally reasonable in fact ,excellent value for the quality of service provided. Overall,The Memorial Company delivered excellent service and meticulous attention to detail, giving me complete peace of mind, I wholeheartedly and highly recommend them to anyone seeking a compassionate and reliable Memorial company.

I highly recommend The Memorial Company! After visiting a few stonemason companies around Birmingham with my children to choose a bespoke headstone as we had already a vision in mind for my lovely husband we all agreed on Jane as she was so reassuring, friendly, patient and had excellent advice. The finished memorial is a perfect piece of art really and exactly how we all envisioned it to be! We couldn’t be more proud of our lovely weeping lady the carving and it being all polished it looks so beautiful! Thank you Jane and all the team here. X

Wonderful, caring & kind staff. Any queries were answered immediately, they treat everyone with compassion at what is a difficult and upsetting time. They kept me informed at every stage by phone, email & text. I would recommend The Memorial Company with no hesitation.

Really helpful with an additional wedge on a headstone for my Mother. Dealt with by Jane throughout who kept me informed and came back with suggestions to design. Thoroughly, recommended this company to anyone looking for a memorial for their loved one.

A big thank you from my sister Jean and the rest of the family. Our parents headstone had sunk badly and the company we approached first could not level it. Their cost was higher, communication was poor and after waiting months they finally admitted they lacked the skill and equipment to do the job.
We had exactly the opposite response from The Memorial Company, good communication, a reasonable and competitive quote and an excellent job. We would not hesitate to recommend them.

Went above and beyond to help us. Brilliant professional service with a personal touch. Would highly recommend to anyone. The memorial stone is beautiful, we were so pleased with the outcome. Thank you.

Excellent service from everyone at the company. Everything was done exactly as discussed at a reasonable price too. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a headstone. All the family were delighted in how the stone now looks. Thank you all.

A big thank you from my sister and I for arranging a memorial stone for our mom, dad and brother. From start to finish the arrangements were carried out efficiently and professionally. Special thanks go to Venetia who helped us along the way with kindness and compassion and kept us up to date with the arrangements.
Excellent service and we would highly recommend this company.

I am really pleased with my Mother headstone inscriptions, they have done an excellent job.
It looks like the same person did my Dad’s & Mother’s inscriptions despite the 33 year difference.
My Customer Service experience with your has been excellent & far exceeded my expectations.

I only found your company by googling & saw your 5 star reviews. Which you deserve!
After I had been let down by another company.

From the first time I enquired & spoke to Venetia, I felt very confident in your company’s ability.
As it is really difficult process trying to organise all this over the phone from Australia.

Extremely Helpful and Friendly Staff. Very easy to contact. Everything was arranged by phone, email or Post, and everything was completed on time, and with complete Satisfaction. (Ten out of 10 for Me!)

The staff are so kind and compassionate and kept me well informed of all the steps along the way, the work was completed to an excellent standard.

I have used the Memorial Company twice in the past 3 years and I have been totally satisfied.

From the initial enquiry to the installation everything was handled with precision.

The staff are very friendly and understanding the emotion that goes with choosing just the right headstone for your loved ones.

I had a minor hiccup on the second lot of gilding and it was sorted out within 48hrs; what service!

Would highly recommend.

This is the second time I have used The Memorial Company, the first time 15 years ago when my mum died and more recently when my dad died and they fail to disappoint. I dealt with Venetia on both occasions and I have found her sympathetic, friendly and helpful, offering advice and suggestions for the engraving. I was kept informed at all times of the process and the headstone was beautiful once installed, and just what I wanted. A fitting tribute to my parents. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this company.

Friendly , compassionate & very helpful team . We have worked with them from afar , and nothing was too much trouble. The recent renovation of my dad’s stone (tablet) is truly beautiful & exactly as we hoped , thank-you .
Your service & attention to detail truly honoured my dad who himself was a member of the Guild of Master Craftsmen .

I cannot recommend Jane & all at The Memorial Company enough, they were recommended to me by a friend & am so happy with the care & compassion they showed us.

During a difficult time of dealing with the loss of my dad the memorial company showed true support and compassion. They kept us up to date throughout the process and guided us in what was appropriate.
Thanks to the whole team and would highly recommend them.
