I really wanted to get into chocolate making, and it’s pretty much impossible to buy any of these machines locally in Australia. Not only that, but Melangers also offer custom versions (such as a stainless steel micro batch kit) which I don’t think I could find anywhere else. The machines are a bit finicky (as is the case with all of these bean to bar machines), so i’ve needed support over time and they’ve always helped me out! I would recommend their Premier Melangers if you’re interested in getting into chocolate making as a hobby. Shout out to Jimmy for his support!

Terrible - scam. Purchased a melanger from them for $390 and it never shipped. After a long time waiting for the machine and me reaching out, they said don't have the 110V version that I ordered and wanted to send a 220V version. Of course, a 220V version won't work, so I declined and asked for a refund on PayPal where I paid. They offered a PARTIAL refund for $300. Are they CRAZY?? They never shipped anything, why would it be partial. That's insulting, especially after they've had my money for nearly 2 months now and I've reached out multiple times. Terrible customer service and a full on scam. They parent company is "India Kitchen" - need to be reported.

The melangers they're selling are of very good quality.
Customer service is very reactive and helpful.
