Excellent company to deal with. I had a battery installed, which interacted with my already installed system in a non-standard manner. They persisted until the problem was solved.

From the first meeting we had a good understanding and everything just flowed from there,friendly and amicable to the last event. being the installation of the meter that would give us our rebates.

You had a product that you preferred to sell but when I asked you to vary that ( I wanted a Fronius inverter ), you accommodated that.
Enquiries were answered promptly.
The preliminary assessment was done professionally.
Team that completed install were similarly efficient. They stayed until unit was running without any issues ( data logger and Fronius inverter wanted a software update before final installation, which took some time).
Installation was neat and follow up after installation was also impressive -after payment.

Nice polite tradesmen, knowledgeable salesman, All of this makes it easy. Friendly office assistant who are Able to answer questions from customers who have know idea of the billing method.

I purchased my totally off grid system some 12 months ago from Coffs Harbour Mega Watt Power. My system took some sorting out but once that was done and the system installed it has worked a treat for me.I live on my own so am not a big power consumer and the system covers my use comfortably.Nice not to have a power bill every quarter. We have had some issues with temperature and the automatic cut in of the back up generator, but the after instillation service has been great from the Company and we are working on fixing the problems.Thanks. The staff were very knowledgable about their product. They were not pushy in their approach. The back up service for questions is amazing, we could not have picked a better local provider. The installers were professional and very polite.

Excellent service, didn't try to sell us a system beyond our requirements (as some did). Good follow-up and ongoing support.
