Really great, reliable and professional service. The lawn looks immaculate, as do the edges, after each visit. Thank you very much for a top job always being done.

I travel a lot and rarely find the time to mow my lawns and clear the leaves. MegaMow’s team covering the East Grinstead area customer service is excellent. Lloyd and his team are not only friendly but consistently exceed my expectations every time. I am very impressed with their professionalism and flexability. I highly recommend their services.

Regular, reliable, fuss free and flexible lawn mowing and general care, like blowing them leaves away kind of stuff.

I’m very disappointed in the service I have received since being registered with this company, MegaMow in the last 4 months. Payments are taken from my account and I had to follow them up to get someone to come round after they took a double payment from my account then the job they have done is totally unfinished with weeds and rose bush left to overgrow when and I have to now pay another person to sort this as it’s become an issue and my children can’t play outside due to the thorny rose bush! I’ve cancelled my subscription and would definitely not recommend them to anyone!

Great service, did the cuts when said garden looks great. I had an issue as realised I'd chosen the size up. I read some reviews about customer service not responding when wanting to cancel or change things so I contacted them about cancelling to see if that were true and they responded in 2 hours, I did then explain the issue and they changed my account straight away and everything sorted. So great service and great customer care, can't recommend highly enough.

Had lawn mowed for the first time by Megamow last week. I don't know why I didn't do this earlier! Very polite, efficient and I no longer have to waste two hours every two weeks... With garden waste removed. Thank you!

We had our first cut yesterday. I don’t know who visited as I was out at the time, but came back to a beautifully cut and edged lawn. This was our first cut. Very reasonably priced too. Very easy to book and further communication has been excellent. Look forward to our regular cuts 😊

Depends who you get. But Alfie always does a great job and takes pride in making our lawn look its best. And it is a weight off my mind knowing the lawn won't get away from me when I am unable to cut it.

Came to my address look around got the tools out but minutes later got bk into the van without saying any and left.I don’t know if this is an act of race because I’m in a caravan but I put all the write details and bank details in so to me I done everything write 🤷

Unfortunately really poor service.

I deliberated for a bit and chose for the convenience. My first cut was confirmed and as promised they arrived and contacted me.
I did not need my cctv to see what was done. The lawn was strimmed (dare I say it was not very long) and the trimming were blown into the hedged and plant area around the lawn.
I proceeded to advise and was told to keep carrying on to see if it improves on the next cut. When asked about the cost to cancel, they were unresponsive.
I hope to be able to cancel and now £22 out of pocket for a 40m2 strim and poor service. I strongly do not recommend.

An absolute nightmare to pause or cancel the service. Their website makes it impossible for you to complete either of these actions. They ignore emails and continue regardless.

Booked up online for a first free cut and had a few visits since, fantastic service and lovely guys. They've been extremely helpful, working around me and very polite. Exactly what I need to cut my grass and no faff. They've used mulch mowers which encourage grass growth and I can the see difference already!

24hrs from contact to 1st mow is exceptional service
