Whilst I will acknowledge that the swimsuits I ordered were actually really nice (if you’re inbetween sizes I’d go down) But if you’re outside the country they’re being sent from, not sure where States? China? You won’t be able to return them without massive complications. They will offer you a token refund to keep them. Then they will offer more, like a bargaining. They will point out how expensive it will be for you to return and even suggest you gift your unwanted items to friends. DO NOT ORDER!! They are a dreadful company. I ordered 4 items to try and compare and choose from. I now have 3 suits I won’t wear and half a refund. Useless and a scam.

I've been trying to get a refund but its being difficult!!! Return is to the USA so postage is very very expensive.
Not happy with this company
This company seemed to have good ads showing their swimsuits for curvy ladies and I felt confident to purchase. HOWEVER, after ordering 2 different costumes, which took over 2 weeks to arrive, I am having difficulty returning one of them which does not fit. Their website shows how to return, but when I tried this the Service Centre just sends me 'waffly' emails suggesting i just keep the wrong item and they will refund a token few pounds - a 5th of the purchase cost. I have sent a strong email to refute this, but had no response after 2 days. Very bad experience.
Bad returns process
It has taken 2 emails to try & get a refund for sending items back.
As yet no reply has been received.
I would not recommend this company for any sales.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received regarding my recent order.
Firstly, the order took over a week to arrive, with no updates other than the vague message: “It’s on its way – please be patient.” This lack of communication is unacceptable.
Upon receiving the items, I found that both costumes were too large, and I immediately contacted your customer service team to initiate a return/refund. The response I received offered three unsatisfactory options:
1. Keep the items and receive store credit coupons (usable only with your company).
2. Accept a £20 refund and keep the items – with a suggestion to “give them to friends.”
3. Pay for tracked, registered international return shipping to your US warehouse – at my own expense.
This return policy is unreasonable, especially considering the sizing issues were not due to customer error, but your size guide reference.
Additionally, your listed customer service phone number (917-224-5107) does not work – it only plays a message stating, “This is not a working number.”
There is no accessible support – just a single person replying to emails, with no way to escalate the issue or speak to a manager or supervisor.
This experience has been incredibly frustrating. I expect a full refund and a prepaid return label, in accordance with basic consumer rights and fair trading practices.
Please advise how you will resolve this issue promptly.

Returns a nightmare
They do not "really" offer returns.
The offer a gift card, when refused a tiny refund and keep the goods.
If refused they then increase their refund and you keep the goods quote "to give your friends". Why would do that?
Finally they agree to a full refund and stipulate a 7 day return period which is ludicrous considering it took 5 days to get a returns address/authorisation and the goods took 2 weeks to arrive!
If there policy said no refunds i just would not have bought from them

Never arrived on time, poor, poor customer service. I will never order from this company again! Sent me in circles, took nearly 21 days to arrive. Took 2 more weeks to get any sort of refund and still didn’t get it all. Avoid at all costs!

I received what I ordered and kept everything. Great designs and good quality. Lots of people complaining about long shipping times and having to pay for return postage. All of this info is outlined on the website. I ordered well in advance and used the size guide to get the right fit. I liked how you can order top and bottom separately as not everyone is the same size all over. Website is a bit clunky and didn’t receive many shipping emails but everything arrived.
Beware! Nice goods but returns are to USA at your own cost!
I bought two same size,swimsuits. About £38 each. Great style, well made; one fitted like a glove- the other was cut so low on the front as to be indecent. Badly cut I should think. So, return needed, and this is when I found out the return needed to go to USA! Before the return was accepted I got several partial refund offers, instead I chose to send it , £12.00.
I will not be buying from Meet Curve again until they sort out returns to an English base.
Good quality costumes- bad overall experience.

Ive recently lost weight and decided to treat myself to 6 new costumes for an upcoming holiday. £185 order that took 3 weeks to arrive. When they did I tried them on and immediately realised they are for people 5ft.5 and below. The are very short in the torso so tried to arrange a return.
I was met with constant emails of, partial refunds or gift cards rather than a return of the items. THEN they stated its a return to USA even though its co.uk on the website.
So far Ive forked out £19 to return the parcel and awaiting my refund.
Ive reported to citizens advice who have raised this with trading standards as they are misleading customers and nothing is stated on their Ts and Cs stating its USA returns. I would never of ordered if I knew all this.
Avoid as returns are very problematic
Avoid. If you want to return an item to Meet.Curve UK. They want returns sent to America and Tracked! Postage to you for one swimming costume on your order form might be £6.99. So you would think that it would be around that amount to return it. Yes? No! You have to return it to the 'USA tracked' at a cost of £22.85! They are intransigent and nowhere in their T&Cs do they mention the return to USA. I think worthy of trading Standards enquiry.
Avoid at all costs
Long shipping process then offered a 14 day return window which for international goods is too small a window.
Needed to ask repeatedly for a returns lable and was offered a credit note, and they suggested I gift the swimwear I wanted to return, to friends. Only after asking repeatedly did I get asked to handwrite a return.
The swimwear quality did not reflect the high price tag.
I might consider amending this review if I recieve my refund in good time.

The swimsuit I bought was oversized baggy and didn’t look like it did in the picture. The returns policy was non existent . The exchange offers were well give you £8 refund for a £40 purchase !!!! I’m £40 out of pocket and still don’t have a swimsuit and wasted a number of hours of my life dealing with this . I’ll never buy from this company. So now off to the shops to buy a bathing suit which is something I should have done in the first place

Unfortunately I have not had a good experience. I was not aware they shipped from overseas as it is a .co.uk website (I should have looked into this more so for this I take full responsibility).
Order does take a long time for delivery (which I now know is because they ship from Asia). Once received only 2 out of the 5 items were in the parcel.
I contacted them immediately and there has just been back and forwards. Firstly I had to send pictures of what I did received along with the packing label. Then they asked that I take off the top label and send pictures of another label underneath. This was a nightmare as the label underneath just kept ripping. Then they have said they need to look into it so we are now 12 days on and no reply with either a refund for the missing items or the address to return the 2 that I did receive.
I will not be buying from them again.

Shipment from US wasn't told that. To return an item have to pay for shipment to US. They kept on offering part refund. Not good enough. Will never purchase again from MEETCURVE UK!

Bad quality and service
Bad quality and service . Wanted to return, was offered approximately 25% of cost on a gift card to keep , then offer increased. Stitching was coming undone on swimsuits and straps wouldn’t stay attached. Wouldn’t agree to reimburse me for postage to return even though the product was substandard .

I love the look and styles advertised on Meet.Curve and their social media posts are really engaging.
I sent for a few items but unfortunately their two piece tops were not a good fit for me. However the company does not enclose a return form/label. You have to email their customer service.
Meet. Curve UK and the US parent company does not accept returns. They have offered to refund part of the cost of the items and suggested that I give away the items. This has left me out of pocket and still needing to buy costumes for my holiday,
