Hemant was great! He was communicative and he was great at follow up. It would’ve been a complete disaster if I had done it myself. Too much paperwork! It took longer than expected but I believe it was coming from the state I reside in…not on his part.

I USED MEDTIGO TO OBTAIN 2 OUT OF STATE RN LICENSES. NEITHER WERE COMPACT STATES AND SO I KNEW IT WOULD BE TOO MUCH DETAIL ORIENTED LABOR INTENSIVE A PROCESS FOR ME WITH A PACKED WORK SCHEDULE AND A DEMANDING CLASS I HAD BEEN TAKING. I ALSO KNEW THAT CALIFORNIA WAS A PARTICULARLY DIFFICULT PROCESS. HEMANT AND ANWAR AND THEIR SUPPORT STAFF WERE INSTRUMENTAL IN HELPING ME NAVIGATE THIS PROCESS, WHICH TOOK UP TO 6 MONTHS TO GET THROUGH, MOSTLY CONSTRAINED BY THE NEED FOR PROPER FINGERPRINTING AND DOUBLE CHECKING MY BSN CLASSSES TO CONFORM TO STATE REQUIREMENTS. I HIT A GLITCH WHEN I BELIEVE MY MARRIED NAME WAS USED TO SEARCH MY TRANSCRIPTS INSTEAD OF MY MAIDEN NAME FROM SEVERAL DECADES AGO. OVERALL I WOULD NOT HAVE HAD THE TIME OR DILIGENCE TO COMPLETE THESE PROCESSES, AND THE FEES WERE FAIRLY REASONABLE FOR WHAT WOULD HAVE BEEN TOO MUCH OF A TASKTO TAKE ON MYSELF. THE TEAM WAS ALWAYS READY TO CALL THE LICESING BOARDS TO CORRECT OR COLLECT ANY FURTHER NECESSARY INFORMATION. I WOULD MOST DEFINITELY USE THEIR SERVICES AGAIN. THEY MAINTAINED A PROFESSIONAL DEMEANOR EVEN WHEN THINGS DID NOT FOR VARIOUS REASONS GO AS EXPECTED AND DID THEIR BEST TO EXPEDITE ANY GLITCHES IN THE PROCESS. I WOULD RECOMMEND ANY RN OUT THERE PARTICULARLY SEEKING A CALIFORNIA LICENSE TO USE THIS SERVICE AS IT IS PARTICULARLY TRICKY. THANKS MEDTIGO!

The Florida state medical license application process is tedious and multi-stepped. (Like M.C.Escher type of steps.) My Provider Licensing Analyst, Roja Naorem, was professional, persistent, and pleasant. She was diligent about communicating - often repeatedly when responses were slow- with my medical school, the NBOME, my residency, and the Florida licensing agency, to name only a few, and with me sometimes multiple times in a week to make sure all of the required components of the application were moving forward. It was a relief knowing that she was working on the process so I could focus on patient care rather than repeatedly calling multiple agencies. I can't imagine having to take the time to jump through all of those hoops on my own. I'm so grateful for Roja's guidance and help in obtaining my license.

Honestly, for me, it was a game changer. I always avoided getting licensed for other states because of the paper work involved.
