we order hear Aid from this so-called company, they used Amazon as the hub to send. We called them then iBstone, which was the name of the hearing aid, and also Aura link.DME superstore and no one is ACCEPTING that its theres no way to send back and receive our money back. The battery does not last long.

Due to a carton labeling error, we received the wrong model of a wheel chair. After the customer service agent, Alex, requested time to review what happened, he called back to provide the return instructions and sent a shipping label for a no cost to us using the reused carton delivered to our local UPS location. As I write this review, the returned unit should arrive by April 6 for a full refund as promised.

Super quick help
They were the liaison with the manufacturer (dealt with the warranty) when my mattress was debunked. I did not have to bother with anything and I got a replacement (plus upgrade) shipped for free.
Product received was cut up
Product received was cut in the center. The product was in a manufacture's box and then a shipping box. The product (an air mattress) was rolled up and cut through in the center when I unrolled it. It was clearly shipped that way. I was told I would get an email about it and had received no contact except for them sending me 10% discount coupons via email.
After a few weeks, I was contacted by Alex, who sent me a new air mattress and it works just great! Thanks for your help Alex!
Miss labeled color

The outside of the box listed it as being blue. Kind of disappointing. There was small issue during original order that staff rectified expeditiously
Chair-Lift Remote Control
The replacement remote control for my chair-lift recliner is exactly the correct item I needed to my allow chair to function properly, once again. The item was easy to research due to having actual pictures of the various remotes available.
What a lifesaver. Well worth the cost.
Most importantly the delivery was prompt!

I saw where someone was not happy with the pre package items. I agree with him 100%. To get the ear domes you have to buy a package with 3 different sizes and I only need one. So I end up throwing away 2/3rds of the order.
Not backing their products! I bought a chair controller that…
I bought a chair controller that stopped working within 30 days. DME is not going to replace it or repair it!!
