Great service as usual, wish they had shipment tracking.
Wonderful service and follow-through, as always…including getting a refilled prescription from my doctor. Fast processing and shipment, with the caveat that it might take 2-4 weeks longer than normal because of Covid restrictions and potential shipping issues—all of which is understandable. So…wasn’t looking for my prescription (liquid eye drops) for several weeks, and because there’s snow and ice where I live right now, I’d let several days of mail pile up before making a trip. Surprise—prescription was there, ahead of when it was supposed to be, and may have sat outside in sub-freezing temps for several days. Hope it’s OK, but wish there was some sort of shipment tracking so I could watch my mail more closely. Again, great service and prices, I know that shipping is a nightmare right now and that Medix does their best…but sure wish I had known that my prescription had been delivered (or even close) so I could have been looking for it.

Medix- A Good Pardoner
Medix Pharmacy makes it easy to conduct business with them. Ordering prescriptions over the internet or telephone is a pleasure. Their pricing is fair and far better than the same drug ordered in the USA. Delivery time has consistently been shorter than indicated however, current troubling times may slow delivery somewhat. It is a pleasure to order my prescription from Medix.

My last order never arrived
My last order never arrived, but it is likely that it was not the fault of Medix Pharmacy. They did not charge me for the order and sent another to replace it. The problem for me is that I paid $65.00 more for a 17 day supply through an American pharmacy, and I chose with my physician's approval to cut my dosage in half to stretch it out for a month. My replacement supply came in time, and I am thankful. To have this essential med would have been at least four times more than the price from Medix. Over the past years I have been served well including good communications with those taking my request for each refill.

I have been using Medix Pharmacy for a couple of years now to fill prescriptions for my pets. Their prices are much more acceptable than those pharmacies within the USA. Their shipment process has improved, the medicine is available, and customer service is responsive. I highly recommend them for your pet prescriptions.

It took some time from ordering to receiving my puffers, but I am new to this and now will expect the time it takes. I totally loved that I picked the row of stars to rate my review, visuals like that are so helpful for how my brain works. One thing that was almost impossible because I have ADD is what I was given to read before I did the review. Honestly I read very little. If you did something like you did with the stars to make it easier to read all that, all over the place information I was supposed to read, I may have been able to read it. Short story, it wasn't easy friendly for people with ADD. Glad to have you in my life so i can afford the puffers I need. Thank you!

Keeping promises
I thought I had another renewal on my prescription so I placed an order. However I was wrong and had to go get a new prescription. That took me a lot of time during which at the beginning I got regular calls from medix looking for my prescription. I suggested they cancel my order if they wanted to because it was still going to be a while. They said no that’s OK we won’t call you anymore and we will keep your order open and ready for whenever you get your prescription. It was a few more weeks and they kept their promise and I kept mine. I have used medix for many years and recommended them to other people and have always had a great experience. Thank you so much.

Contacted Medix to report RX never received.
I contacted Medix to report that my RX # 2488157 placed 12/1/2021 was never received. Spoke with Leon who was very nice and he explained he would "resend" my RX free of charge. New ord #4232507. Leon was very kind and helpful and I appreciate the service rendered. Unfortunately, the call "broke up" and I was not able to hear the final words but I received a text msg and an email confirming our conversation. Thank U Medix Pharmacy
