Going downhill...
Generally speaking prices and quality are good. Technology and website very weak - except extracting money from your bank account which they do efficiently.
Delivery is terrible. Last transaction has been a disaster. I placed an order in early January - small package. Now I have been dealing with this company for several years, and if you don't get your package within 3 weeks max - it isn't coming. But they will make you wait 6 weeks to re-order, telling you that package that will never arrive just might show up any day. You have a better chance or riding a unicorn through Atlantis.
Anyway, second order gets seized by FDA. Had to beg them to send out third delivery because they already took my money more than 2 months ago. Zero apologies and zero accommodations on their end. No expedited delivery option, zero package tracking, no offer for reduced cost on next shipment after utterly failing. Very poor business strategy in this regard. Let's see if 3 times is a charm.
Despite savings, at this point I am willing to pay significantly more for a company that can deliver than deal with this aggravation and hassle. You ultimately do get what you pay for.

Six weeks ago I ordered lumigan
Six weeks ago I ordered lumigan, which controls my glaucoma. My wife and I have been getting medications from Medix for years and have never had to wait more than 2 1/2 weeks to receive an order, except once when US customs confiscated it. Last week Medix said my order was in transit, apparently not. I am out of lumigan, and would like to know what Medix will do as my vision is being threatened.

Delayed Order??
I am still waiting for my order that I ordered January 5th and the payment was taken from my account. I am very disappointed - still waiting for it; they keep giving me dates it will be delivered; so far nothing. I always had such good service; don't know what happened this time.

After several contacts with Medixrx, they agreed to refund the cost of my drugs given the very short expiration date of the medication. I have received the refund.

How about a better method of shipping medicine to customers. I can get a couch delivered from China faster than I can a small package from the U.K....

Poor customer service
Consistently over the years Medix says they don't receive the faxed Rx from my doctor, even though the doctor has received confirmation that the fax transmitted normally. What do they do about it? They call the doctor and give the fax number to try again. Duh. Also, it can take a week for them to make their separate phone call to get my credit card number, and altho they ask "when is the best time to call you," they NEVER call during a timeframe I give them. It's just wolky-nilly. Eventually it all works out but it's always a thrash.

I ordered a drug a month ago still has not been delivered
I ordered a drug a month ago, funds were taken out of my account for that drug. The drug has not been received from a month ago. Don't believe you will get your RX within 3 weeks its a not true. I was told when I called from their rep " That's Just How It Goes".

Good experiences - up until my current order
I've always had good experiences with Medix - up until my last order on December 29. I have not received any delivery nor any information as of February 4. I also understand the holidays, but I'm hoping that they will arrive in the next week.

Up until December 2022 I had been pretty darn happy with Medix. BUT when my order didn't arrive by today, almost 8 weeks, I'm not so happy. They did reissue my meds but have not received them either. I feel Medix has gone down hill on their services. I'm an understanding person so I do know with COVID delays and such have caused delays, but the major crisis is over. Delivery of my meds is very important to me. I'm down to 1/2, tiny bottle of eye drops which are detrimental to my sight. Please help remedy the shipping delays. Most all of your reviews are a 3. Not good. And all complaints are about receiving timely. Thank you.

I have been buying my medication from Medix for years. It is an easy process and I save hundreds of dollars every three months when ordering from them. Medix is a very reilable company and every customer service representative I've spoken with has been professional and pleasant.
