I’m an above the knee (ak) amputee and wear Juzo shrinkers. Medity Health always has my size in stock and their service far exceeds all other places I’ve tried. I have my items in about a week and shipping is free! I highly recommend Medity Health.

I purchased a pair of socks for my mother. She has another pair and is very impressed with the product! Unfortunately, my order has been delayed because of the holiday which is to be expected. When I
e-mailed, the customer service representative was quick to get back to me and incredibly kind. He apologized for the delay and let me know that it was just sent out yesterday.

Being new to the world of support stockings I have made two purchases but had to return them because of size and strength issues. Both times the return process was painless and free. Medity Health legging products (sigvaris) help me manage my early lymphedema following my recovery from cancer. Customer care is attentive and quick to assist. On my 3rd order of products, the package was delayed by FedEx. Customer care sent out a duplicate order right away for me to receive it when needed.

I love that Medity Health remembers what I order and delivers it fast. The website is easy to use, too!

Medity Health offers great customer service, competitive pricing, discount/loyalty rewards, and a good array of products. If you have any questions or issues, customer service is there to help, answer, and make it right. I have ordered from Medity Health at least 3 times and recommended them to several of my healthcare colleagues.

Update: Apparently, my 1st email was missed plus the new change in the catalog, caused the problem. After contacting the 2nd time, I got an immediate response to my concern as well as a sincere apology for the confusion.

I have not received my order # 2074438. I ordered this on June 28th and contacted customer service and it’s been radio silence from your company.

I wear compression socks for fast walking. I average about 35 miles a week and have ordered compression socks from several different online suppliers. Medity Health has been the best yet.

Since I am short, I like that these compression stockings can be customized to fit me well.

Excellent customer service. I initially ordered the wrong Item and when I contacted them, they immediately sent a return shipping label. The post office has "misplaced" the returned package and Medity is trying to get that resolve too. I ordered the correct item on Friday and it was delivered on Monday. The prices are also very competitive. Based on great customer service and a good price Medity has become my top choice for compression socks.

Excellent products and quick shipping. I ordered compression stockings for work. I work 12 hour shifts on concrete. My legs haven’t felt this good in years.
