I have been wearing the juzo silicone stockings for years, they are the best…I would never buy anything thing else and the customer service is wonderful about offering suggestions and finding the right things for you…I mentioned I had been wearing the regular length but lost 2 inches and she suggested the petite I don’t like buying petite but I did and I’m glad I did they fit so much better I had to call today and get 2 more pairs, thank you Medity Health!

Great service, top of the line compression garments by my personal favorite, Juzo, and always great prices. Customer service is also easy to access and responsive. Medity Health has become my go to for my compression sock needs.

Medity Health understands amputees! I’m an AK amputee and have purchased shrinkers from other companies because the prices were lower. Let me tell you, you get what you pay for!! I’ve been purchasing shrinkers for the past five years from Medity Health and they are still as effective as the day I purchased them!

My rating of this company is based on two elements of my experience with them. First, these are the best quality compression socks I have ever worn. Comfortable, do the compression job very well, and the socks (thigh high) are holding up very well to several months of daily wear. Second, the customer service of this company is the best of any company I have done business. Immediate response, careful listening to my product questions, and very helpful responses and information. This company understands the services behind their products is as important as the products.

Making sure you are getting what you need and it works.

Customer Service has been so patient answering my many questions. They are extremely well informed and clear in their answers. This will be my only company for Juzo compression hose from now on. They carry beige!!!

Have read most of the reviews that are online and how can I compete and say something different and interesting - all reviews are mostly my sentiments exactly and that is why I think you and company and Alex are the best - don't change a thing!! (smile)

I'm a Juzo knee-high compression sock wearer for maybe three years. I have always purchased them from Medity because of the continued great customer service from Alex. I do realize that sometimes Alex is not available so I simply call back. I just bought another two pairs with the silicone top.
I highly recommend Medity and the Juzo brand.
I highly caution all compression sock wearers to always wear the appropriate size socks. Compression is a serious and needed thing for many people, like myself.
My podiatrist gave me the right compression prescription for me, as yours should for you.
With that prescription in hand call Alex at Medity. There are a few options. I always get the added silicone cuff which insures, for me, that the socks don't roll down.

These has been the best pair socks I have ever purchased. My feet & legs have not felt this good in years. I have been purchasing shoes, insoles to give me support, but they didn’t help at all.

Medity Health not only checks all the boxes but exceeded my expectations! Terrific customer service, best compression knee socks I have worn, from a wide variety of stylish knee high socks and silky thigh highs to a variety of Men's comfort compression fit socks. These compression socks don't even look like compression socks & hose, yet they are! Look no further, this is the "special company" that I was searching for, they will not disappoint. A great company where you can actually speak to someone that cares to listens to you, I only wish I had found them sooner.

I have never received such great personal service from an online business. In fact it’s hard to get this kind of service in person. I was trying to get some compression garments before a plane trip. The delivery company couldn’t get them here in time so Medity intervened and I got a. pair overnight. Thank you so much.

Have been using Medity Health for several years and have found that their customer service is absolutely the best in a time when so many others fall short! Will be a client forever!!

Customer service is nonexistent. I have tried repeatedly. I sent my garment back and they refuse to respond. It’s not like I sent it back with some random address. I used their label. Never again! Nice way to treat cancer survivors! Buyer Beware!

Great products and great prices. Most of all great customer service and support.
