Rarely do you come across an agency that makes you feel as if your one team. MRP understands clinicians have many choices with whom to work, and this team works hard to be at the top of those choices. Recruiting and maintaining clients is a major priority for MRP, thus providing sustainable work with leading companies. Founded by those who knew the industry well, warts and all. They have worked tirelessly to provide the best service available to date. Choosing this company as my agency was undoubtedly the smartest choice my company and I ever made.

I've been working for MRP for well over a year now, it allows me the flexibility I need.
I've found all the staff really friendly, supportive and personal so even though most of the communication is through phone calls and emails I feel it's catered around my needs which suits me great.
When I first joined I got a box of freebies! There's also daily communication through the group chats which is essential and again great support.
If I've ever needed any of the staff, they've always been there. I was only signed up originally for short term but overall I've been very happy with MRP

Fantastic agency to work for, I personally left my other agency to work solely for MRP. Adam and Louie go above and beyond for all their staff. If I ever have a problem, it’s never a problem for long. 10/10!

MRP has a very smooth and efficient onboarding process and are very supportive of their Clinicians. They are available instantly for any queries and ensure to secure as much work as you can possibly want. All MRP staff are very professional, polite and friendly. They understand the needs of agency Clinicians and deliver 100% every time. Adam is passionate about his business, both he and Louie check in frequently to make sure that all is ok. I highly recommend MRP.

Fantastic company to deal with.. Adam is exceptional, but all team members are consummate professionals - the onboarding process was timely and hassle free, whilst on going Rota requests are dealt with quickly with supporting e mail confirmation
The finance section is outstanding with regular payments and easy to understand payslips

MRP is the first agency I have ever worked for and I was anxious before starting as I didn't know what to expect or if I would be given the hours I needed to meet my financial obligations. I was happily surprised and it is a pleasure working for MRP, no looking back for me. The whole management team are friendly and really approachable, they have gone out of their way to help me when I've had issues with IT or shifts. The work is always there and I feel like I'm in good hands. Nothing is too much to ask from this team and their honest and reliable approach suits the person I am. I would recommend MRP to anyone thinking of joining the world of agency.

Adam and his team clearly care about the staff and work hard to ensure staff are happy and supported. The communication is excellent and I will often find replies from his team to queries raised only a short time after submitting them, this includes weekends and evenings. I am able to obtain a good range of shifts and the team will go out of their way to ensure that all needs are met.
