I’ve been with MRP for a year now. Their communication with clients and staff is first class. Shifts are booked swiftly and pay is accurate and weekly. All mandatory training is provided and on an easily accessible platform. So happy I can work my NHS job while maintaining my Clinical Advisor qualifications via agency shifts. Works perfectly for me.

A really friendly, honest and great agency to work with. Communication is prompt and I've no issues in the last 2.5 years.

A great company to work for. Consultants are friendly and very professional and work as partners with staff. Efficient in communication and prompt responses to enquiries and when seeking advice. Staff is kept well informed on challenges and changes affecting them in a timely manner. Excellent payroll and constant reminders for timesheets submission.

I was at a crossroad when I met Adam. Was reassuring and by far I have had no regrets. As a lone parent MRP has by far been the perfect Agency that saw through my needs.easy and quick onboarding ,booking shifts and those emergency cancellation. It was always scary just doing Agency with no back up jobs.I can assure anyone I have been fine.we have had our ups and downs in shifts availability but there have always been the make up time.

My colleagues have been the best skill mix.I love the platform.Great idea. You don't feel alone working remotely and there's always someone for that 2nd opinion advice.

I love my friendly consultants Louie and Emma.I can't trade you guys for any other consultants.Very patient and approachable.Oh and Chelsea and Pirrin makes sure you are always compliant.Sorry guys for being a pain when it comes to compliance but thanks for being Patient.
How can I leave payroll out.Top nocth 👍 . Weekly payroll with alerts of earnings on Wednesdays.Love the upgrades and choice of umbrella or Paye.Just email Zoe and she will alert u of the money in your pot.

Over all I have no complaints except send me souvenir diaries every year.😉

I have only been with MRP for about 8 weeks however the full process from onboarding to starting my shifts was so straight forward, and my little welcome gift was super cute!
Once started with my shifts Louie and Emma are friendly and very approachable will do anything to help you and contactable pretty much 24/7 and very responsive to all enquires.
Shifts are very easy to book and also very easy to cancel if something did happen to come up.
Timeshifts all electronic and very simple to fill, payment always on time and good pay rates too. I would definitely recommend MRP infact I have referred a few of my friends to join.
So far I’ve enjoyed my time working with them and thankful for all there hard work , effort and support :)

I have recently joined MRP and can't recommend them enough, they are polite, professional and helpful.

I have been with MRP for just over a year now and by far the best agency I have worked for. All the team are amazing and easily contactable pretty much day/night.
Shifts are booked quickly and MRP provide such good support within the type of work you’re undertaking.
The team are friendly and approachable and will go above and beyond to ensure that things are seamless and any issues quickly resolved.
I wish I joined them sooner, grateful for how much they look after me, stick their necks out for me and always secure me work.

This is an amazing company to work for. The staff there are aleays on hand to speak to and sort out any problems you migjt have. I cannot praise them highly enough. If you are thinking of working for an agency then look no further. You coukd not do better than this one.

I've been with MRP for about 4 years and honestly these guys are awesome. They are so on the ball and will message with updates, news, shift availability, important information all the time. They really look after you and will message to check in if they haven't heard from you in a while or to remind you of timesheets so you don't miss any pay. Any time I've had an issue it is sorted as quick as mentioned and I really feel part of an incredible team. If your seeking help finding work they will help you every step of the way and they made it feel easy. They even helped me negotiate a huge pay rise with an existing employer I had been working with for a while. I used to belong to several agencies but only use MRP now as others in comparison were slow to respond and seemed to take ages organising things. I would highly recommend this agency and indeed all my friends use them too.

MRP is definitely by far the best agency to work for.It's the people who make it so special. I known Adam for over 10y and he introduced me to agency work and it has been the best decision I have ever made. All the staff are sooo lovely and helpful and would do anything to help and accommodate. Louie,Emma are brilliant, Perrin and Chelsea always remind me about my trainings or other compliance as I always tend to forget:-) , Zoe and Roy in payroll are just brilliant if ever I need any question answered they are so efficient they reply instantly.
There is always plenty of work and variety of shifts that suits everyone, great pay rates. I couldn't imagine working for anyone else.
They became more like a family then an employer.

I have been working for MRP for almost a year now, I have had nothing but a positive experience for that whole time.
The team are amazing and keep you up to date with everything. Very responsive to emails and texts. They are all genuinely lovely people who go above and beyond to take care of any issues etc.
Louie, Adam, Emma, Perrin, Chelsea & Zoe are just amazing.
Work wise I've never struggled for work, which inwas dubious about joining agency full time. There can also be last minute shifts which is good as you can do it if you are available. The network of clinicians is great, there are wats app groups where everyone is very supportive and helpful for ideas and if anyone is stuck.
It's just amazing

I was a bit nervous when I first started with MRP but Louie has been great in reassuring and encouraging me especially on my first few shifts which helped boost my confidence. The on boarding process is also quick and simple. All staff have been very helpful and supportive! I highly recommend MRP to everyone looking for agency work.

First positive surprise with MRP was the registration process. Very smooth straight forward I was ready for work within 24 hours!!!!!! From the payroll department to the compliance team everybody is supportive. Adam and Louie are the best! They are always here for us! I have been working as an agency nurse in the last 9 years with different companies but MRP is the best!
