Very simple. Everything was processed with minimum effort from me.

Medibank covered a large amount of the operation. It was simple. Just provide the Medibank card to the Administrator and it is all completed. No stress.

Waiting for clearance certificate to be applied long. Qantas tell me sent and I SENT COPY myself.Chat not useful and call wait times very long. Have decided to cancel transfer and reinstate Qantas. They can at least tell me I am covered for upcoming surgery ro eyes.

The follow-up emails in the lead up to my surgery were also very good. I’m not a fan of AI tools, but it was a very good experience.
