A productive session
The process was far more productive than I expected. I felt more confident following our discussion and with Karen's guidance I now have a source of non-litigation online documents that I can read to better understand the divorce process.

Friendly and Understanding with Professional Attitude.
Helped me sort out a MIAM and provided Mediation Certificate (C100). Very thorough and understanding. They took the time to listen and take details. Friendly service. The only thing that could have been better was that i never got to the actual mediation stage because participation was refused by the other party. but obviously thats not the fault of the company.
