Very responsive and helpful
Very responsive and helpful. Bespoke HWC arrived quickly, and exactly as ordered. Perhaps a bit pricier than locally sourced; but worth it overall. I'd go to McDonald in the future.

Not being in the trade McDonald really helped with designing our heat Store, Tiff was helpful, friendly and made things easy.
When I called to say a small component had been damaged in transit, they called immediately to apologise, even though it wasn't their fault, and replaced it with a couple of days.
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend or order from them again.
Also the only company that offered to do a custom build to suit our needs.

Copper Tanks
Communication and service has always been excellent throughout the multiple orders I've received from McDonald Water Storage, the best I've had with any tank manufacturer. Very happy with the product too.

Superb service - new Cubeflow
Excellent pre and post purchase support for a bespoke size cubeflow electric water heater / store.
Two months post install and we are still really impressed with quality and performance of the unit. Would definitely recommend, and use again.

Great, honest service
Fantastic service from a talented company.
We needed a bespoke system hot water cylinder for the loft and they made it to a certain diameter and horizontally mounted for us. The delivery was quick and they helped us out with any questions we had.
Would recommend to anyone 100%.
