They can improve by prioritizing service to customers that order inside the restaurant. My coffee takes longer than the line up of vehicles arriving behind me. How shameful promoting idling exhaust fumes. James

If I could give zero stars k would, it would match the zero *ucks given to customers....I went in a week ago, got 2 uncooked, un heated burritos ok..be the bigger person, go back. Well. I wish I could post the pictures, it's about a teaspoon of egg and cheese was over cooked, do hard.

Always have to check order when received. 50% of the time they screw up your order or neglect to completely fill. Today ordered crispy chicken received grilled chicken. Must have been cooked yesterday (dry and tasteless). Have had it with McDonald's!! No more!!!

I waited 30 minutes for my food!!! Terrible customer service!!

Went to the McDonald's in Lancaster Store no. 40169. I went to the drive thru and ordered. Keep in mind, it wasn't too busy. When I get to the window, I scan my code to use the discount on my app. Then, while the food was still pending, I receive just half of the drinks requested (even though all items were listed correctly on the screen). So, I asked if I can order the other drink I wanted and if they can apply the code to it. I was told the discount couldn't be applied since I've already scanned the app. So, I told them 'it's ok' I won't get the additional item (iced coffee) since I didn't want to waste my discount code. However, when I receive my order, I get the additional item and notified that it was charged on my bill. It also had tons of cream and sugar (my S.O. is lactose intolerant) and not how I'd initially ordered it. I was already charged (no discount, yet the code was applied so I couldn't use it again). To avoid holding up the queue I just said it's fine and left. Worst Iced Coffee of my Life.

This is about the "beef and onions poutine"
The beef is little broken bits of a hamburger. They had run out of crispy onions and put green onions instead. There was not enough gravy by far. All in all, this new poutine, in my view, is a disaster...

I just visited restaurant, #18243 CS#3 08:35:39 26/06/2023 and received the worst, insulting McDonald's employee I've ever experienced while visiting one of your locations. I ordered two breakfast combos and two extra egg McMuffins the associate entered two coffees on the screen, I then repeated myself, the associate changed the coffees to no cream and added milk, I repeated order again...no response, dead air for about 3 minutes then a manager came on the mic and took my order no problem, when I arrived at the pickup window I asked the young lady the total cost of my order and her response was Qua! With a look like I was a second class citizen and was wasting her time, and closed the pickup window in my face while I was speaking with her. At that moment, I started to look up your head office phone number so to try and share my experience live over the phone, so you could hear the type of service your employees are giving the customers. After my experience today, I will be ordering a dash cam and recording my experience at your restaurants, which over the past few years has fallen to an all-time low! I also threw out my food because I could not confirm that the employee didn't do something to it after I complained to the manager.

The buns from the stores are dried, they should improve the making of buns

Bought 3 XL coffees at 2 separate locations. All 3 lids popped off splashing hot coffee everywhere. The paper cups they use are not well made

one hour away south of montreal i recently went to mcd and the man ahead of me facing the cash register alone, that is, no employee to serve him waited 15 minutes. Afterwards, the same scenario with me. The people who where waiting in line were fade up, the ones who paid as well. While i was waiting one man looked in his bag and the order was incomplete. Furthermore, loud music and one employee said that it could not be lowered because mcd wanted that way....summer and school over, soon...teenagers will comer around. mcd lost its respect and quality (waiting time) regarding their service. The girl at the cash was polite though and apologized. Other employees are nice as well. But appeared to be overwhelmed. They need help! i feel sorry for them, and summer is on its way...They should be paid more than $15.00 perhaps, more will come and work? Hard to work for the public!

I always go to drive thru for Store#12158 .An associate by the name of PANISA help me. She is just great with great customer service .She always go above and beyond .Thank you PANISA .

Yrs later and I go back into the McDonald's I've complained about things like buns being dried and hard and fries being cold and service taking forever cause Uber keeps being put ahead of all the orders. I watch my order sit there while they waited for Uber orders. Again to get a meal that isn't fresh at all and buns are hard and dried and fries aren't fully cooked. I guess next step is complain to health Canada and give them a run for their money. Was hoping these reviews would get the attention of head office even knowing ppl who work there doesn't make a difference. They don't care about customers at all anymore. They show no concern for clients of 25 yrs or more. So sad

We were the fools to go to the Mcdonald's in Williams Lake B.C. This Mcds was filthy, garbage left out tables, garbage cans overflowing and lobby area was dreadfully dirty. The lobby pop refills machine has been removed and free refills discontinued, even though Kamloops, Quesnel, Kelowna and Prince George Mcds offers free refills. We spent over $40 and were treated very rudely by staff when we asked for a refill on our pops. We will not be coming back. Do yourself a favor and don't eat here.

Went to the Osoyoos BC Mcdonalds. It was truly disgusting inside the building. Floors were filthy, tables were the same. None of them were wiped down. My pop container was handed to me with the clerks fingers inside, i asked for a new one. My chicken big mac was cold. My son gagged in the washroom due to the filth. None of the wokers were wearing gloves. The fries were steller though! I will never eat in thus establishment again.

Chicken Big Mac would have been better with grilled chicken. Too much breading taste even after I took out the middle bun.

I love McDonald's tbh I always go there with my friends and family. it's a fast food place for everyone! I honestly really like coming here I don't usually have any problems with Mcdonald's. expect sometimes they can end up getting your order wrong and that has happened to me a few times but other than that the service is excellent! it's not the healthiest place to go to but it's a fast-food restaurant so what do you expect? My older sister and I love to go here whenever we're on the road and hungry. my family loves it so much and I have been coming to mcdonalds for years. the washrooms most of the time are always clean. along with that Mcdonald's is family-friendly meaning its a great place for kids.

I have been to McDonalds many times and every time I go there they do not talk. I get to the window and no words. Then I go to get my food and nothing. It’s honestly sad. I can’t remember when I went to McDonald’s and someone said Have a good day! Not to mention how hard is it to get an order right? Very poor customer service.

I remember when the Big Mac first came out. Had one today and it doesn’t even begin to complacent. Much smaller, very little sauce and sloppily put together. I won’t be back.
