Highly recommend My Best Practice, its an amazing EHR!

My Best Practice is an excellent EHR. The ability to easily toggle between multiple providers and locations makes managing our practice seamless. Having everything integrated- from payments, balances, and claims to clinical documentation, it saves time and keeps our workflows efficient. Excellent EHR System

I am a University training clinic director and clinical supervisor, and My Best Practice has been our EHR system for the past two and a half years. It is user friendly, client friendly and an efficient way to manage all forms of paperwork and communication with clients. I highly recommend this EHR system!

My Best Practice is the best EHR out there!

My Best Practice really feels like it was built by clinicians for us. My Practice Manager loves it as well. The customization is great, and so are the ROMs (they have a ton), note templates, auto-text buttons, homework copy, and AI.

It saves me so much time.  It fits my natural workflow much better than all of the EHRs I’ve used before.
The platform is so user-friendly. It’s intuitive, organized, and efficient.

The White Glove Migration is awesome, which made transitioning from our last EHR much smoother than we expected. It was so reassuring.

Customer support is great. They are really responsive and helpful and get back to me quickly.

I highly recommend My Best Practice as a therapist and practice owner.”

I've given this a solid year

I've given this a solid year. It's been horrible. If you are considering switching to this platform to save money, do not do it! You will lose the money saved in the endless time you'll spend trying to figure out the platform and in billing errors which are difficult to identify. One of 10,000 frustrations: if you forget to take "attendance" for a couples session, record of the session disappears altogether, your session won't get charged to autopay, and the appt won't appear in your list of unpaid sessions. My staff and I have spent hours and hours trying to make sense of billing, find documents, and enter information. These things should be simple, but there is nothing straightforward about this site.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service, resources, and reasonable price! 

I love how easy it is for clients to schedule initial and follow-up appointments. Onboarding clients is seamless with a convenient payment processing system.

Overall the platform is decent

Overall the platform is decent. My low rating is for the payment/processing companies they utilize. If you opt to use MBP be aware that PaySimple and WorldPay are involved and they were simply terrible. It has taken me months to close out my account with them. MBP would have been my perfect choice but with this duo managing the processing of payment I closed it out and moved on to a much simpler, user friendly platform.

We completely understand how frustrating it is when closing a merchant account takes months, and we’re really sorry that this was your experience with PaySimple/WorldPay while using MBP. Even though those services are separate companies, they are part of the experience we’re responsible for curating, and in your case that experience was not good enough.

Since your time with us, we’ve added an additional credit card processing partner and have been working hard behind the scenes to make payment processing smoother, more transparent, and more user friendly for clinicians. We’re actively refining how we pair customers with processors and using feedback like yours to guide those decisions so others don’t run into the same headaches.

We truly appreciate that you saw MBP as “almost perfect” aside from payment, that means a lot to our team. MyWorstPractice

MyBestPractice lacks a lot of features and usability compared to its competitors. Auditing, payment posting, their auto-posting is a NIGHTMARE as it's completely unconfigurable other than either writing off EVERYTHING including Denials, or NOTHING. There is no way to check behind the scenes, no way to mass write off, mass import, nothing - and the undo feature is nonexistent. Automatic features provide no notes.

The interface is very clunky, and requires a lot of manual updating of their diagnoses and other parts of the billing side, and many features are hidden within completely unintuitive menus.

Go ahead and pass on MyBestPractice if you have more than 10 patients. They are not designed well at all, and their customer service is slow, barely responsive, and you can't get anyone on the phone. Emergencies can wait multiple days.

Don't fall for their slick, slick sales pitch - that's the smoothest part of the process, and it's all downhill as soon as you sign the contract.

Wonderful experiences only

I honestly love working with My Best Practice. The customer support has always been very helpful and responsive to any issues, and has even reached out on my behalf to other companies to make sure my question is being answered correctly.

Clunky platform

Clunky platform, not intuitive at all. Setting up of files, writing of notes, and submitting insurance claims for couples is very strange and nothing short of a nightmare. Customer service good, but can't necessarily get answers right away. Good pricing, but maybe not worth it. Hoping platform gets updated in near future, otherwise cannot recommend.

Easy transition

MBP has been great for our Speech & Occupational Therapy practice. The transition team was really great! They were willing to spend as much time as we needed to get things set up and are great problem-solvers. MBP has made our billing and payroll much more stream-lined.

My Best Practice is user friendly and intuitive!

My Best Practice is a user friendly and intuitive interface. It allows for the streamlining of practice and more time to focus on what matters - clients/patients. The calendar is simple to utilize and the functionality of the notes are hyper appropriate for real time practice. The support team is also a great resource and typically respond to ay questions within 24 hours.

This is a great piece of software

This is a great piece of software. I have used several other EHR apps and this is my favorite. Primarily because of the ease of getting in and out of the app. I can schedule clients, write notes, do accounting, run payroll and many other things and just leave the app in record time to get on with my life. The app is stable and when I don't know how to do something the customer service is quickly available to help out.

MBP is far easier to use than any other…

MBP is far easier to use than any other note-taking platform I've been on. It's streamlined and intuitive which makes set-up, note-taking, and inputting information quite easy. If a problem occurs, technical support is on it immediately, so there's no frustration with waiting. I highly recommend!

I love it!!

I love the automated billing, ease of scheduling, customizable intake packets, 2 way calendar sync, and the price is incredible as is the customer service. Also the best part (for me) is the group note feature! So great!

Built for us by providers like us

It is easy to tell that My Best Practice was made by elite veteran psychologists. The software is so intuitive. It could only have been made by first class professional practitioners. My Best Practice makes me a better provider. It saves me time as well as helps me formulate the direction of care
