These guys miiiight be ok for one-time orders buuuut:
Backstory:
We've had a few orders go thru just fine but this last order was our first refill-type order, and when it came to pay for the next refill, nothing happened after the purchase. We called up Foothills Pharmacy and they told us many people's orders were pending because they can't get a response from MygotoDoc. We've made several attempts to call and the low-level employees always say their managers will call back but never do. As of right now, we've paid for a 4-order refill-type doctor's visit and only received the 1st order. Makes their $150 doctor's visit not worthwhile. Bummed because I've passed these guys on to many friends. I'll have to warn them now that something is breaking down in their business practices.

UPDATE:
After contacting multiple ways I was finally able to get them to move me over to another Pharmacy and get it shipped out. I think they're dealing with the always-changing laws that are limiting Pharmacies from shipping to WA state.

They will take your money and not explain a thing. When you have questions, good luck trying to reach someone. No one will answer your questions, you're expected to figure it out on your own even when it's their mistake. Never once spoke to an actual doctor.

I requested a prescription for a continuous glucose monitor. I informed the person on the phone that it needed prior approval from my insurance provider. I was told that they routinely work with insurance companies and there would be no problem. I was billed $115 for the prescription. Shortly thereafter I was contacted by the pharmacy and informed that my prescription was ready but my insurance provider had not received a request from the doctor. I contacted Dr. Haider's office and was told that the prescription was $115 but the request to my insurance provider would be an additional $115. I declined to continue with the prescription and they promised to issue a refund. When no refund was issued I filed a dispute with my bank. Dr. Haiders office contacted me and said if I lifted the dispute they would issue the refund. I trusted them and lifted the dispute. No refund was issued and when I contacted them they informed me that they could not issue a refund because I had not cancelled my dispute. This was of course untrue and I had to refile a dispute which is currently pending. This has been dragging on since August.

Great people and very easy to deal with. Just some simple questions answered and you are all set. They now provide everything and the ebook has great information on how to best use the meds. With everything going on today…you have to be crazy to not at least have one of these kits at home ready to use. I will def use them again. Angelo is usually who i deal with and he is spot on and contacts you exactly when you ask him to.

Dr. Haider and the mygotodoc team are top notch and all of my interactions have been excellent! I highly recommend them for all of your medical care needs...the responsiveness and care is unparalleled! Thank you for always being there when I need you!

My name is Ferlyn Abram. My husband Brian talked to a person name Clark we remember his name clearly as he was so rude to me when we were asking several questions about the medkit. We ignore his rude attitude as we need the medication, when we asked if the total amount would be $165 he said yes no additional cost and that's the total amount already but the pharmacy called and asking for payment I said the person we talked to told me that there would be no additional payment as it covers everything, unfortunately the person lied to me
