The crew at Mavis always does a great job. The entire crew Mason, Tyler and Phil are good people.

Once again, Mason and his team provided excellent service. I needed 2 new tires and they helped me decide on a product that fit in my budget and was good for my vehicle. They got me in quickly without an appointment. And were very patient with providing different options. I will always recommend this location!! (Thorndale, PA) They are the best.

Mason is respectful and professional.

Service representatives were couteous, and explained other services my car may need, which I appreciated.

Service was prompt, the people were friendly and knowledgeable and the cost was minimal.

Awful! If you want to pay $100 for an oil change at this location when you can pay a third of the price at another location. This is the place for you! Not only that they don’t stock washer fluid and couldn’t top off my fluids whoever heard of a Garage that does oil changes not stocking washer fluid? And they left a whole bunch of gunk on the inside of my windshield. I will never go back here. This place is a rip off, managed by a con artist.

Few and far between.......

On an afternoon when things seem to be going wrong, my car tells me a tire is losing air, I pump it up and head to Mavis. Having had to buy a replacement tire before from them, they quickly got me back on the road at that time. I knew they would not let me down. I pulled in, Tyler, the manager of the day, quickly asked me what the problem was. I told him that the driver side rear had a nail. He asked me to move my car till the nail was at a good position to work on. To my surprise he started to repair it, on the car. Plugged it, asked me to drive over to a bay and he filled it with air. He turned to me, said thanks for stopping by and there is "no charge for the repair" I was dumbfounded, In today's world when everyone seems to be trying to pull one over on you, I run into Tyler. I could not thank him enough. If you want honest up front service from caring kind individuals, go to Mavis of Thorndale. I know I'll be back.

We were on our way out of town and learned that.we had a nail in the tire and took car to Mavis, where we encountered Rich. He was pleasant and fixed the tire quickly so we could get back on the road! Rich's attention to our car was swift and we truly appreciated his excellent service!

Nowadays there just isn't a lot of help. More greed than anything with a lot of companies... But this Mavis, this particular mavis, I have to say are good people. I have been to 1 or 2 others. And not as nice as this.Helpful courteous and respectable.

I walked in with my dog. Told the a young woman named Michelle on her name tag that there was a slow leak. She came right out and inspected the tire. Next thing I know it's in the shop. So fast it was done. And the best part of all, it was a courtesy repair.UNBELEVABLE! I'm a "young minded" senior on a fixed income, and I can't begin to say how much that helped me. I've decided to take my other vehicle there for now on... Hopefully, they can figure out what mess Courtesy Chrysler did to my a/c last yr. It ran for a month for 700 plus dollars and broke down with them, telling me, well, you don't wanna know.

Anyway, the h*** with them, and thank you, Mavis.. I'll be back.

GREAT SERVICE
Three weeks ago late on a Friday night Mason checked and plugged my wife’s tire. He was unbelievably kind and walked her through explaining how it was done. Tonight, Nov 28, I took my wife’s care in again for a low tire signal.
Tyler took care of everything. Super nice, young man. This location is 5 Stars in my book.

I had a flat tire this morning on my way to work. Feeling overwhelmed because my routine was interrupted. I called Mavis. Riccardo and Tom gave me such phenomenal service. The service was speedy, efficient, well delivered and very professional. I give them 10 stars for helping me on my way and making my day better.
