I was at the store on Tecla in Amarillo, Texas and they were amazing. I got in. I got out. They were so professional and so caring and they respected my vehicle like it was their own so it made me feel more comfortable so I will always go to Mavis.

It was a Sunday morning and my wife had a blowout on the front tire. I went in without an appointment and they got me in and taken care of within an hour.

I was treated with respect and courtesy at the Teckla Rd. location in Amarillo Texas by the staff and later on the phone by the stores manager Landon it was when directed to the regional manager Nick Deleon to resolve my issue that I was treated with a don’t care attitude not only was my problem not resolved but escalated to a level I have rarely experienced when dealing with a higher level management position in any company!! This is probably the 1st or 2nd time I have ever done a review on anything so I hope this goes to show you how truly disappointed I am!
