I received prompt and Professional Service. I was greeted as soon as I entered. Qua handled my needs to my complete satisfaction. The friendly and helpful service was very much appreciated.
I was recommended new struts jan 2026 by the Mavis on Eagles pkwy. Currently, I went to the dealership to get my blinking light repaired. I had them check the struts and do an overall inspection and they mentioned nothing was wrong with the struts. I spent close to $3k with Mavis within the last few months on various things and I find it unconscionable that I would be recommended for unneccesary service. Not good.

The Stockbridge location deserves 10 stars. Awesome professionalism and kindness. They provide exceptional service ,throw in extras and try to keep charges as low as possible.

At this location the employees were very respectful and knowledgeable and I really appreciate that.
They charged me way too much for the repair and then items were stolen from my vehicle. So disappointed!!!

Be very careful if you call the store. On the phone they tell you a price and then in the store they tell you a higher one. Is the 2nd time that this happened.

No since of time for customers and expect non stop ability to come back and wait. As well as didnt fix the issue I came in for either time. I have came to this shop for two different issues
1. To fix a tire with a nail in. Made an appointment, showed up and was told it would not get worked on that day. Left having to search for a different place later in the day to find someone last minute. what was the point of the appointment.
2. Months later, I made an appointment for 10 am. Took off work and when I show up, I am told there isnt any mechanic working that day. I had a rattling noise that did get worse when braking but informed them I wasnt sure the issue, to perhaps check the brakes and whatever else might cause the rattling. Afterall I wouldnt know as not a mechanic or I would be fixing it myself. Work was done after convincing me that it was the brakes but I didnt need just pads, but the rotors as well. Once I picked my car up, the rattling wasnt as bad when braking but it still was there when just driving. I called the shop and was told to bring it back in to have looked at. I arrived, explained to the front desk person I was just there the day before and the noises and vibrations were still occuring. He said ok we can take a look, I ask how long it might be, he said within an hour to hour and half. So I sit in the waiting room, 30 minutes into waiting, comes back and says no one will look at it today as the store mgr wants to ride around with me to see what the issue might be but that she wasnt there today and I could bring it back the next day. I brought it back, arrived around 4:45 pm, shop was open till 8:30. I sit in the waiting room for 3 hours for them to look a the truck around 8 pm. They tell me the wheel bearing is off, which was causing the rattling. The only reason I came to the shop to begin with. I already paid around 1k for the brakes they said were the issue. Then I am told it would be about $500 more for the wheel bearing. So all new labor etc being charged when it wasnt fixed the first time. And that was apparently a discount of some kind as knew I had already been in there. As well as they waited until 30 minutes before closing, that the work could not be done that day. So 3 days of making time and effort to have someone follow me to the shop, sit and wait. never hearing any eta on time frames like it just didnt matter. Along with the brakes that probably didnt have to be completed at that point in time. I am now having to search for a shop that might be able to fix my wheel bearing as lost any faith in it being done and being done timely.
I think I should have paid closer attention to all the other reviews but was in a bind. I will be disputing my credit card charges as the issue was never fixed that I went in for and most likely I was lied too and said the brakes were the issue when they werent. Mechanics can get a bad reputation when not trustworthy, and I would rank this place as the most untrustworthy autoshop I have ever dealt with.
Set up an appointment for 10am on Saturday, June 03, 2023. Dropped the car off at 0930 for four new tires to be installed. I was to receive a call when the install was completed.
Went back at about 130pm to check on the car and it was still in the same parking spot that I left it in. Ask what was wrong and why such a delay. No real answer on what the issue was and not a mention of when it would be completed. A bunch of lost people at this location. Worst customer service I have ever seen.
Avoid this location at all cost unless you want to spend an entire weekend waiting on tires to be installed and then it may not even happen.
The district manager was also a waste of time. Didn't have the courtesy to call me back as he said he would. The call back was to come up with a solution on getting the tires installed.
Place needs to be closed down. Never doing any business with Mavis!!
I called up to the business, and Q instantly told me I could come in, and he would patch my tire for me! Went quickly and got the job done.
