These guys are the best! So nice. So helpful. Took my car in immediately with no appointment. Worked on and fixed my tire so fast at an extremely fair price. I’d recommend them to anyone!

Terrible!!
Terrible!!! I left a tip for the tech who touched my car. When I came back I asked the tech who came out my car if he hit my tip. The tech said no it’s common they steal the tips here!!!! I gave it to some bold guy in the front the other employee told me he’s the store manger and his name was John!!! I hope this company gets their things together stealing tips is not okay!!!

This store has a lot to work on.. the store manger laughs at the situation you’re dealing with. At times he would make me feel pressured and feel stupid. I would not recommend this store for anything. Just go to another tire shop

Great place to get a repair!!!
Great service! Fair prices in a cost climbing industry. The mechanic( John) was prompt and worked smart and pretty quick. Chris took care of me from start to finish. Friendly service!!!

Waited five days for my tire to arrive
I arrived on a Monday to get two new tires. They said they could get one there that day but the second one wouldn't arrive until Tuesday. So, I arrived Tuesday and was told one came in and the second one would come in on Wednesday. Wednesday afternoon I called and I was told the tire was there. I arrived at the store only to be told the tire was not there and it would not be there until Friday. On Friday I called at 11:00 to ask about my tire. I was told they had to call me back. At 1:00 I called again. I was told my tire was there but I would have to wait until lunch was over to get it installed. I said I needed to get on a plane in 3 hours. So, the tire was put on right away but nobody came to apologize for the massive inconvenience, Someone just said you car is ready. Why is it so hard to properly communicate with a customer. I am not going back to Mavis ever again.
