The staff was courteous and professional. Moreover, the gentleman at the front counter (I believe his name is Dean), was very friendly and went out of his way to make my experience as comfortable as possible. I was also advised of a coupon to help defray the costs of my service.

I wanted to love them like the Google reviews pointed me to them - but unfortunately the snake at the register blew that for me. Not sure if he was the manager or not (can say he was Operator 7482 per my invoice). I went in on Sunday, 8/13 to check on getting 4 new tires on my 6 yr old Chevy. The girl at the counter was very helpful, gave me some options and I put down the required $100 deposit because I had to wait a few days for the tires to come in(no problem) and my receipt read "Balance due $584.28". I went in this morning as soon as they were opened, a different gentlement found my info and let me know I should be out the door in less than 2 hours. Again, no problem..so far so good. I was offered the "suggested services, such as brake flush, etc" but passed as the cost of the tires was totally unplanned to begin with. When the car was done I was assisted by the other gentlemen(he MAY be Jerry but not sure - someone named Jerry basically told me on the phone yesterday whatever day I showed up they were short handed) who told me my total due was somewhere around $680. I pointed out that my invoice sent by email showed my balance due was $584.28 - showed him the email. This would also explain how I have 800 BILLION emails that I never delete yet somehow the ONE I hand another person my phone to read is found - later - in the trash. He asks me if the balance I was given is itemized, while also showing me his monitor with a list of items. I responded by answering truthfully - no, it is NOT itemized, but I do know how to read the words BALANCE DUE. This seemed to bother him. I showed him the receipt for the $100 deposit and he mentioned the girls name and wrote it down(I assume sending me info was a no-no??). After making it clear I wasn't paying a penny more than what I was told was due, he did something with the figures and I thought we were done. I put my credit card into the reader, it read completed and I took my card. This, mind you, was the same card I used there a few days earlier to put the $100 deposit down. As I go to put it away, he asked if it was visa or m/c, I mentioned I think it was Discover, because it was the Car Care Card they even advertise at the counter. He asked me for the card to say he had to run it again because it didn't go through(in spite of it reading it did). At this point I trust him as far as I can throw him. Again, I really really wanted to be happy with this store - I intended to use them in the future for my service appointments. Now, I intend to warn everyone to stay away!!!

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Very quick turnaround time as well with the service to my vehicle.

The gentlemen both the technicians the mechanic and the manage both personable and efficient with my oil change.

I had a flat tire today while heading back to my office. I put on the spare tire donut and happened to be relatively close to a Mavis Tire in Plantation, Florida. Adrien and his team were amazing. Despite the long estimated wait time, they were done with the repair pretty quickly- far more quickly than they estimated. I appreciated his professionalism and the time he took to ensure all was done right. While I hope to not get another flat anytime soon, should it happen, I hope to be close to Mavis in Plantation. Great experience despite an unfortunate car situation. Thanks Adrien and Mavis.

They were very amazing , very cautious with my car and i couldn’t of picked a better place to get work done on my car . They take pride in their work .

I love these guys. They’re always professional, get me in & out quick, don’t try to upsell me on things I don’t need. I recommend this place to a lot of my friends. I even tell people getting air at the gas station down the street that they can get free air here.
