Great service.
I called Rodger on a Friday afternoon and he quoted me $450. I arrived Saturday Morning about 20 mins after opening, and even without a formal quote he remembered my name and exactly what we spoke about. Very professional man. Very honest as well, he did not try to upsell me on services I didn’t need or ask for and honored the price he quoted me. Not a penny over what he said, and even warned me of a possible complication with my service. I do not have the name of the technician that did my service but he did great work and even showed me the brake assembly and didn’t mind me looking over his shoulder briefly. This was my first time here and next time I need service I will return.
There are a million places to have your car serviced, and I will never spend my money with a company that has poor customer service. It’s completely free to just be a good person and every single mechanic / manager at this location greeted me when they walked past me and all had a positive attitude. 5/5 stars across the board from me.

I WOULD LEAVE NO STARS IF POSSIBLE
I WOULD LEAVE NO STARS IF POSSIBLE. RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL ,UNQUALIFIED, JUST BEGINS TO SUM IT UP. HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THEIR WORK AND WATCH WHAT HAPPENS. THEY STOP ANSWERING YOUR PHONE CALLS BUT CLAIM THEY WERE SUPER BUSY.. I CALLED FROM THEIR PARKING LOT THERE WAS NOBODY THERE. THEY HAVE LOST MY 5 CARS, THERE ARE WAY TOO MANY OPTIONS OUT THERE TO HAVE TO DEAL WITH LITTLE REGIONAL MANAGERS AND RUDE STAFF. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

They replaced all 4 tires on my BMW and explained what was needed. One tire had a defective lock so they referred me to BMW to remove before they worked on it as they were concerned they could damage it. Efficient, quick service.

Great Manager and Service
I was there at 8:00 hoping to get a jump on the day as the doors opened . Special order tire was there and ready to go.
All work was done and I was on my way in 35 minutes.
Great customer service and management is always professional and great to work with.
