We are Quebecers on vacation in Myrtle Beach, and earlier this week we had a problem with our RV's rear tires, which were starting to lose air. Since we didn't have the equipment to inflate them ourselves, we stopped at Mavis Tires & Brakes, located in Murrells Inlet. Upon arriving in the parking lot, Dan, the manager, came to meet us, and we explained the problem. He immediately set about helping us, without an appointment and free of charge, so we could get back on the road. I want to publicly thank him for his kindness and dedication to tourists passing through. DDesautels,Québec

My purchase of 2 tires was quick and easy. The workers were very professional and courteous. Place was very clean and warm on this cold day. I've been a Mavis customer for years and will keep coming back.

Two hours and fifteen minute oil change.
Well I had a 0800 appointment and was the first one in the door. All I needed was an oil change. It took 2 hours and 15 minutes to before the car come out of the bay. Clearly a lack of help was the problem.
I was a long time Mavis customer. I’ll be finding other options.
