I had a great experience at this tire shop thanks to Zech, the associate who helped me. He was professional, patient, and really took the time to explain what was going on with my tires. He made sure I understood my options without any pressure and helped me choose what was best for my car and my budget.
Highly recommend this shop — and definitely ask for Zech if you can!

Received OUTSTANDING customer service…
Received OUTSTANDING customer service from Michael Hall after a computer glitch in the system did not register my reservation. Mr. Hall took the "bull by the horns" after customer service dropped the ball and not only offered me a great deal on tires but got me in/out of the shop in record time!

I called Mavis on my lunch break today…
I called Mavis on my lunch break today inquiring about a clicking noise I was hearing from my car I was told I can bring it in and have it looked at and the Employee by the name of Curtis took care of me with all issues that I had going on today he was very kind and I was glad to have him and the rest of the staff assistance Thanks Mavis in Midland Ga
