I just want to take the time speak on my very FIRST but not LAST experience at Mavi's Tires in Middletown. I walked in & was given the warmest welcome. I was
assisted promptly & the gentleman communicated throughout my whole service process explaining the process & answered ALL of my 50 questions that I had. I definitely would like to recognize WILLIAM for the exceptional, respectful & helpful customer service "William" remaining cool, calm & collective as I came in HOT about my car issues. He was able to assist me & I was completely satisfied with his customer service. Im definitely going to be back soon.
