Mavis Tire and Brakes of Manchester, NH is a car service business that easily earned my "thoroughly recommend, and will go again" standing. The place was clean, the service stellar; Eddie and his team were courteous, kind, deferential, and beyond skilled in technical expertise. It all came together so beautifully. Shout out to Felicia Miranda, the regional manager, who was there during our visit; so cool, so down to earth; so smart so savvy. That's the short story. DETAILED REVIEW
There I'm happy to share the details of this auto experience gone absolutely right! Weeks back we were told we'd have to address brake issues but assumed we had more time till this morning when they began making a horrendous grinding sound. By the time we had come across Mavis Tire and Brakes of Manchester, NH it was late in the afternoon and near closing by time for them but they said to bring it in, and when we did that's when all the good stuff started happening. While the servicemen evaluated the work that needed to be done, we waited in the very clean comfortable guest area (with large screen TV) where Eddie, who can best be described as a customer service- serviceman minutes later patiently explained to us about the work, and the costs involved. We were so put at ease, by his matter of fact and informative manner, and his dutiful and respectful demeanor that we immediately felt less fearful about this unplanned auto repair and expense and the hard choice we had to make. Eddie made it easier, and after agreeing we settled in to relax and wait for the work to be done, but then an unhappy surprise awaited. The technicians had discovered some horrible erosion that was likely going to lead to fluid leakage if unaddressed (it looked real bad and eroded), so Eddie returned to the waiting room, informed us of the need to come see what they had discovered. This is IMPORTANT: they didn't just tell us and say you gotta add this. They SHOWED us, and explained. When we got to the work area the technician who uncovered the needed additional work stepped back while Eddie demonstrated what the issue was, and allowed us to make the decision that was gonna lead to a more complete and effective job that would add to the cost too. His manner was so unassuming, genuine, respectful, and deferential that my husband and I not only said OK to this additional work, we began to inquire about a need for tires that we had been told about. In the process we met and chatted with Felicia Miranda, the Regional Training Manager, which shed some light on what motivates Eddie and his team to take such stellar care of their customers in such a multifaceted manner. Together they gave us an amazing deal on the entire cost of all the work, but more so an outstanding level of service and technical expertise in resolving our auto related problems that we anticipated, but just not so soon. I feel like we just left a team of people with the experience, expertise, and genuineness to take us and our vehicle through and to a new level of health and functioning. So recommended.

Eddie was great he helped me out same day as I needed front brakes & rotors also new tires. He made the process so easy. Car runs like its new again.
