Went in for a new set of tires and an alignment, and I almost lost my son left and my car was deemed totaled by USAA. Every “discount” is a discount. Please be safe out here.

I went online and bought a set of tires…
I went online and bought a set of tires and paid over $150 to have them mounted and balanced on top of the $1700 for the tires. Made a 4 o’clock appointment. I got there at 3:40 and they were all just standing there talking with not a single car in any bay. I checked in and it was 5 o’clock before they pulled my truck in only to tell me that the truck was to big and there lift wouldn’t go high enough. And the tires were to big. They couldn’t put them on. I asked them to return the money for mounting and balancing they said they couldn’t cause I paid online. I asked them why I they couldn’t just jack it up with a floor jack they said that was to much work. They were just lazy excuses for human beings. I will never go back here again!!!

As I approached Mavis Tires Love Joy…
As I approached Mavis Tires Love Joy today I noticed a woman standing outside smoking a cigarette every bay was empty. I asked about having my tire pressure checked and she just motioned me in the direction of the free air machine. I pulled up and I waited for one of the now 3 people standing outside to come assist however nobody made a move! By this time a customer in a blue car pulled up in back of me and asked if I was going to get some air. I let her go ahead of me and I left. You see I am a Nurse and that is my profession I am not asking anyone to take vital signs that’s what I do. I have always been able to get my tire pressure checked at Mavis Love Joy and I had come to expect such today I was disappointed and will not be returning and YES they do check tires tire pressure and a whole host of other things not a good look today tho I will take my business elsewhere

He didn't hesitate to come right out to my car and take care of it immediately. I appreciated his promptness and his courtesy!
