Got in and out in under an hour

Thorough review of my vehicle, quick and reliable service, as well as courteous employees.

My son went to this mavis for two tires and back brakes and inspection. He was quoted 960 then the guy calls him saying he needs front brakes and two more tires and he will fail without it another 700 on top. I said not to because we bought 2 tires 1 year and half ago from mavis and front brakes were done last april from midas. So worst place trying to scam a kid !! Wont go back ever !

I rather give it no stars I've never had a problem going here they have always been fair and honest with what need to be done or so I thought they was I went in for my oil change and asked them to check my breaks as it seems they was making noise so they looked at it supposedly and had me come out and talk and look it over told me what the problem was and it was gonna be about 1500 for it to be right yeah something told me to get a second opinion so I went and got two more opions and guess what the part they said was stuck hmmm wasn't stuck and there was nothing wrong with my breaks at all yeah won't be going back there anymore

Everyone is always very informative and guides me with what's best for my vehicle each time I come to the shop. I always recommend this shop to others and I'll be back again. Thanks again!

I have been going to Mavis at Latham for about a year now and can say it is the best place to get anything car related done. I always come here for oil changes, inspections, tire changes, etc and the service I get here is a 10/10. Hafiz has been absolutely amazing and very helpful anytime I need work done on my car. They have everything completed in a timely manner, with great prices and with great customer service. If I could give more than five stars, I definately would!

Mavis discount tires at the Latham location are the very best because they care, Hafiz and Gavin the best management team in the capital district hands down.

No stars is more like it. Rip-off break parts then charge for them. Ripped off a senior vet while I was waiting. Disgusting

Was there for oil change September 11, 2023, was told brake pads rotors everything good. Decided to have new tires put on. Ordered tires on line, made appointment for 4Noverber 2023. So, 2 months later there for tires.
Was told brakes and rotors needed to be done.
Sept mileage 54837 Nov mileage 55728 (891) miles later. Also, price was more than quoted when done.
about 110 dollars more. When I brought vehicle in told them I wanted to keep one of the old tires. 3 Times I had to ask about the tire when they finally brought it out to me. Also, the music was (WAY) to loud did not bother me too much but several costumers were talking about it while sitting there. They were polite and the work appears to be done well.

I have been going to this location for many years. One time I had a flat tire in a hard to patch place and they went out of their way to take care of it. I always buy my tires here as well.
