Last month, I bought a brand new tire from Mavis. 2 days after I bought the tire, one night coming from work, I heard a weird noise while driving. I was terrified that I had a flat tire and so surprised cause it was the brand new tire. I went to Mavis the following day hoping that they will give any consideration, unfortunately, they said, somehow it’s my fault cause I stepped in to a pot hole and that’s it! I was told there’s nothing they can do. I asked if I buy another one, if I can get atleast a discount. Unexpectedly, no discount and not even a warranty cause I didn’t asked before purchasing the tire. Im very disappointed.

Very appreciative of the honesty and knowledge bestowed by the team at Mavis. I brought my jeep wrangler with an array of issues. They looked it over and talked with me over its complexity and while it pained them to say so, they knew it was beyond their capability to rectify. I know I have a complicated vehicle but left happy with the same great service I always receive.

I’m went to the keyport NJ location and the manager Billy was very helpful , knowledgeable but above all I appreciated his Honesty ! I will definitely be coming back and will tell people to go to this specific location and speak to Billy !
