I will definitely be back.
The wait area was so clean and the staff was polite and attendance. I call my friend and told how wonderful Mavis Tire’s was and that she should start to came here, I send her the address. Lied from the beginning
Lied from the beginning. Told me to wait for inspection. 2+ hours. After an hour and a half they told me I needed wiper blades. Ok. Use the best! 45 minutes later...where's my car. They said we didn't start the inspection yet. I said ...the first thing you do is check wiper blades??? What a crock! Then the tech says... want your car take it..really. this was a terrible experience. Will never come back.

I don’t go to the dealer anymore. Great store. Management is great and always go above and beyond. They explain the process in dummy terms for me.
