Today's service was excellent. I had oil change and front/back brake pads/rotors replaced. They quickly ordered the parts and worked on my car. They took the time to repair my car very generiously and provided me the status until it was completed.

I made a appointmet to get a front end alignment for 12 pm. Before my appointment I recieved a call from Joe
he wanted to make sure I was going to be at my appointment at 12 I told him I would be threr on time. I arrived at 11;40 am and was informed by Brandon that the alignment tech,gos to lunch from 11:30 until 12:30
and to come back at 12: 30 I asked him why was I allowed to make an appointment at 12 and he said it was state law that an employee must get a lunch break I told him That I understood that but I again asked him why they scheduled me at twelve if they new the tech. would be at lunch and so I asked to speak wwwwith Joe and was told he wasn.t there so i cancelled the appointment as I was about to drive away brandon flagged me down in the parking lot and told me the tech was going to take his break at 12;30 by 12:30 my car was still in the lot i called at !pm and was told my car was on the lift and I would recieve a call when its ready. Its 1:30 now so so much for making a 12 o'clock appointmet.
