As Canadians, happy to deal with honest shop!
We are Canadians, last year we popped in our brakes were grinding, they replaced our brakes etc in a timely manner and we were on our way! Today we popped in as our GPS screen was blank, took us in quickly, made sure it was safe to drive and suggested a GM dealer who could fix it. No charge, again polite and quickly assessed. This is a great spot and while we vacation here this is our go to shop!

Terrible customer service. Bad attitude.
Had a slow leak in a Cooper whitewall tire on my 1957 Chrysler New Yorker. Stopped by on Saturday, but shop had all the bays full with a long waiting list of customers. Scheduled an appointment for the following day. Arrived 5 minutes prior to the appointment and was asked curtly by the manager if I owned the "antique car." Although he was present at the counter on the day the appointment was made, he immediately stated that the shop probably couldn't work on it. When I told him the car was there just to find a tire leak, he all but dismissed me and said he'd have to check with "his guys," because it may not fit on the lift, which was nonsense as the car has been positioned on all types of lifts. I offered to drive it onto the lift if the technicians were uncomfortable, but he dismissed that idea as well. It wasn't so much his resistance as it was a negative, non-friendly, non-customer service attitude that compelled me to leave. I stated that "I don't need to do business with you," which didn't seem to make much of an impact. If a policy actually exists that prohibits working on vehicles over a certain age despite the fact it was a modern tire that required examination, an apologetic tone with an alternative solution would have been the appropriate response. We have bought tires and had service done for other vehicles at this shop. Most times the staff is accommodating and friendly. This manager should not be interacting with customers.
