Customer service was outstanding
Customer service was outstanding. The counter person was very polite and patient and very detailed. I was out of town and visited them Saturday and Sunday and experienced different personal and was more than satisfied. I recommend Mavis for all tire questions and needs

I went to Mavis discount tire on 8/27/2023 and the mechanic Kevin was ready to pull my Dodge for tires immediately. He looked over the vehicle and had the new tires on so fast. Kevin checked the car out and seen my transmission was leaking. He was very friendly and trustworthy. Thank you for the excellent service. I recommend Mavis Discount tire in Elverson, PA to all my family and friends.

Inexperienced workers will bring you down
without writing a novel, will just say inexperienced techs not knowing what they are doing is not just stressful but dangerous. I gave 2 stars because the manager was respectful and apologized for his techs inexperience and poor attitude.

Brought my car in for an oil change and…
Brought my car in for an oil change and was told it would take 25-30 minutes. I watched my car sit up in the air for an hr till anyone even touched it. All in all it took over 2 hrs to complete a simple oil change. If you are considering this place consider again. This place isn’t worth it! And way to expensive!
