I recently took my vehicle to Mavis for service work only to have to take it to a Toyota Service Shop to have the Mavis work corrected at additional expense. From Mavis I experienced missing parts, incorrect installation and poor customer service. I am thankful there are other options locally to get my service work done besides Mavis.

This was one of the worst experiences I ever had and will not ever go back to this location. I make an appointment for an wheel ailment for 3:30 pm. About 5:15 I never here back and decided to go back to the shop. I reached the shop at about 5:30 pm and saw my car park in the lot. I thought the work had been done, that when a tech came to get my car and stated he was just getting ready to start on by car 30 before the listed closing time. I decided to wait and after starting on the car the tech told me he could not complete the wheel ailment because l needed to get something else fixed and the part had to be ordered. Needless to say I was not happy and ask the tech to take
my car down and I will never utilized the location again and will encourage my friends and family not to also.

It took over two weeks to change a tire.
I placed an online order on 12/29 at 7:30am for my 2013 Infiniti G37S
I tried to call the store later that day to find out if it would come in later that day and if I could come in to get it done and no one answered the phone
(There were two red flags that told me I should have went someplace else
No one answering the phone and the fire marshal being in the store talking about the cars blocking the building)
The next day I show up promptly at my appointment time at noon on Friday and was told by the asst mgr that it could take 2hrs they only had one guy working.
I said I would still wait being that I didn’t have a ride near by
Then the mgr said it could take 5 hrs.
As I was standing there while they were telling people that were coming in for service that it was just drop off tire service only, no waiting. I call an Uber and 2 1/2hrs later they call me back telling me they don’t even have the tire. So, if my appointment was at noon, how come they didn’t check right then and there if they had the tire or check to see if and when the tire was coming in?
I had to pay another $25 on an Uber to pick up my car because I didn’t want my car sitting there overnight. That’s $50 bucks I had spent because no one thought to see if the tire was even there or when it was coming in.
The mgr said the tire will be in 9-9:30 Sat morning and that she would call me and slip me right in so I wouldn’t have to wait.
I slept in Saturday morning and when I call 3 times because no one was answering the phone at 1:30p but now I had to wait till Sunday
Sunday comes up the store opens late. There was me and another customer waiting for the store to open.
They take my car, there were people lined up for service and again they are talking about the No waiting drop off tire service only. There’s only one guy but that one guy had time to sit in my car and connect to my Bluetooth and blast his obscene music on my car stereo. How are you going to be sitting in someone’s car playing around? How is that acceptable behavior?
Then the girl doesn’t even come and tell me my car is ready after it’s been siting there for 10mins. I had to tell her. Then I have to wait even longer because the tire guy left with the key to my car. Who does that? So now I’m waiting on him to get back from wherever.
Later that day I went back to store to show the so called mgr that the tire guy put the wrong bolts on my car. The bolts he put on do not fit my lug wrench. Maybe he should have been paying attention to that then being in my car looking around and blasting his obscene music on my car stereo. What if there were kids there in the store?
She (The mgr) said to me
“They all look the same to me “
This after I just showed her how my lug wrench fits quick and snug on all the other tires and not the one they just fixed.
At that time all I wanted was the bolts and told her I’d do it myself. Her replay was no I would have to wait, that’s not how we do business here. I replied but you do business by not answering the phones. (Something I saw myself while I was there). Letting your tire guy blast obscene music on other people’s cars radios and showing up to work late IS how you do business?
I left and called the customer service number and told them what was going on and customer called the store and spoke to the asst mgr. and customer service said that if I went right back to the store now that they would quickly change out the bolts. I would just have to drive up.
I went right back to the store and the asst. mgr. the customer service just talked too said she had to wait for the mgr. who was pulling up. 15mins later I’m still standing there with no mgr. in sight and I had to leave.
I am very disappointment in the service and the way I was treated in store 1015 and how it is being run. I have been there 5 times just to get a tire changed.
If the tire I had was not flat and just had low tread I would have just asked for my money back. At one time before they started working on my car I had asked if I could just buy the tire and the mgr. said yes but it was cash only. I really wish I just went to the ATM and got the tire mounted someplace more professorial then store 1015 and the truth of the matter I really do not want to go back there because who knows what they might do to my car now. I cannot trust their staff or their service and I would just like to have the bolts that fit my lug wrench to my 2013 Infiniti G37s
