had a pretty frustrating experience here. As I was leaving, several employees were just standing around, and then started yelling about my car, saying things like “get that sh*t out of here.” That kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and unnecessary.
Sunny, however, was great as always—friendly and helpful, which I really appreciate. That said, the overall communication from the team needs to be more respectful and polite, especially when speaking to customers.

Loved my experience at East Cobb Mavis. Sonny was friendly and helpful. I was a walk-in customer and they got to my car right away. The waiting area was very comfortable with a high top table and chairs and rows of other chairs. I usually go to a different Mavis and it was very helpful that they could access my records. I highly recommend.
