Found a screw in my tire at 7:40 pm. With a two hour drive in the morning I had no choice but to try and get it fixed... I called up Mavis and immediately claimed that I didn't want to be "that guy" who makes people stay late. Instantly they made me feel like a friend reaching out to a friend for help; NOT just another customer who is wanted out of the door. From someone who has never been in this situation before and embarrassingly enough didn't know what all the words on my tire meant, I can honestly say, I now know. The staff took time out of their night to kindly explain to me so I understand in the future and was fully aware of what was going on. They did not have to do that. So many other companies would just take advantage of someone. I could write a paper about my appreciation for this location and the people who work it! I even offered to come in tomorrow and they told me no. They could help me now. So, arriving 38 minutes before they closed, I was on my way home 14 minutes before they closed, with a brand new tire at an amazing, affordable price. From the manager, to the mechanic who worked on my car, these people are efficient, cleanly, and genuine. It's clear they care more about getting your car back on the road safely and timely, then they do clocking out at 8:30 on the dot. Needless to say, I'll always be hitting them up, I feel absolutely blessed right now and I'm weirdly enough happy this has happened. I now never have to worry about where I'll go if something goes wrong. Thank you Mavis!

The girls at customer service are top notch so friendly and even when you walk in right before closing they are still welcoming and friendly couldn't ask for better customer service highly recommend

Mavis discount tires actually cares about their customers. They gave me a refund on something when it wasn’t even really their fault. They’re so nice there and I recommend them to everybody there.

I recently went to Mavis Tire in Cherry Hill, NJ, on Route 70 to replace the front tires only, I requested no other services or needed no other services, just to replace the two front tires. I noticed one of the tire installers open up the hood of my vehicle, and right away, this drew my attention to watch what was being done to my vehicle other than what I requested. Shortly thereafter, I watched the same tire installer with a rubber mallet walk toward the rear of my vehicle, and I heard a loud pounding. I immediately went outside to look in the bay area of my vehicle and saw that the tire installer had removed my passenger-side rear tire. I knocked on the bay door and asked the tire installer why he had removed my rear tire and beaten my vehicle with the mallet. He explained that he was checking my brakes, and that's what they do there. I told him "no" and let him know that I was upset and was not pleased with what was being done to my vehicle, and I didn't appreciate him beating on my rear brakes with that mallet hammer, which could cause damage. His whole demeanor changed, and he became irate and told me I was disrespectful, I guess, because I checked him on what he was doing. I immediately went back inside and communicated with the female desk staff that I was not pleased with what had just occurred with my vehicle. I thought I made myself clear to her that the services requested were to replace the two front tires and nothing else. She responded that that's what they do is check the brakes. I told her that it was not what I came in for, nor pounding on my rear brakes with a mallet. She consulted with the tire installer, and he immediately came from the Bay Area aggressively, talking loudly while being held back by one of his co-workers as if this was supposed to intimidate me. I told them they could let him go because this was not what he wanted. The female desk staff was very professional and was holding him back as well to de-escalate. I told her to just put my original two front tires back on so I could leave.

KELLY WAS ABSOLUTELY TREMENDOUS WITH HER COMMUNICATION AND RESOLVED MY SITUATION IN A TIMELY MANOR.

Everything was good. Prices and workers were great and they got me in and out quickly.

Thomas was very professional and polite and service was completely faster than promised.

I had a problem with my tire sensor. I called Mavis Cherry Hill, they got me right in took care of the issue all in a little over an hour. Thomas was fantastic!!! He was friendly, professional and got me and out when promised.

I recently paid $600 dollars on brakes and two new tires about a month ago at Mavis on Rt 70 Cherry Hill NJ.
I made appt on Friday 6/23 for a oil change today Monday 6/26 at noon. When I went to store fellow at desk said there was no appt for me and there would be a 3-4 hr wait. The appt was made with the boss on Friday.
No means of customer service and helping me with an attitude. Obviously customers that pay for work are not important. Bad business - I moved on I will not go back to Mavis

Got my rear brakes replaced. They had the work done same day at a better price than other shops. They are very nice to deal with and called to let me know the price before and when the job was done. I will continue to use this Mavis.

I was not prepared to stay 1 hr and 15 minutes for an oil change. Watched mechanic painfully move in 2 speeds:
SLOW and CONFUSED

10 minutes to record tread depth, 10 minutes to figure out oil filter size etc. This is my go to Mavis. Thankfully another mechanic saw me pacing back and forth and helped him out. Otherwise I think I would probably still be there. I probably should have explained to the front end manager I was on a schedule. Just a heads up, I was the 1st or only customer at the time. Others came a few minutes later but over an hour for an oil change and tire rotation. This usually takes about 20 minutes in the past.

Best shop ever. Fast friendly affordable!!!!

Mavis is always awesome rich was great service to me dropping off and accommodating me even when I needed to change my schedule , guys are super fast love going to mavis I always know I will be treated great and super fast . And pricing also very compensative
