Oil change and tire rotation damage to vehicle
Oil change and tire rotation. Underbody splash shield has to be removed on 2025 Chevy Traverse to access oil drain plug. It is not the entire splash shield - just a small portion. Next day I noticed a portion hanging down and took back to Mavis to show manager. He stated he fixed it. I examined and told him using a zip tie on a new vehicle to rig the panel back in place was not acceptable as they lost the screws. He said best he could do. Do not recommend. PS. My vehicle smelled strongly of weed when I got back in it.

WE ARE WATCHING YOU ALL We just tried to call and reach at 914-984-2500 but 3 times our call got hungup by your team ! we are calling to speak with the ownership and authorities to negotiate this 2nd ransomare attack! by world leaks but if we will get ignored like this we will not be nice any more! we are capable to destroy entire business

This was a bad experience
This was a bad experience. My car was pulling to the right went to get a wheel alignment, the employees were out there smoking marijuana but I got the wheel alignment anyways! Went to test drive me car my car still pulling to the right. BAD EXPERIENCE!!!
