Our car stopped by Mavis and they provided EXCELLENT service, helping us get our car into their parking lot, driving my 80 year old husband to his nearby dentist and me to Hertz to rent a car so our car could be towed to the Lexus dealership in Jacksonville Florida. This is the type of service you rarely see anymore and everyone involved just helped us. I can't thank them enough and will remember their kindness forever.

I had my car was serviced by them 05/11/2025 a tire rotation and balance. I took my car to have tires replaced and was told that all the bolts were crossed threaded. I then call Mavis only to be told that happens with the weather and over time. That’s a total LIE!!! There was no empathy, no apology just a bs excuse

Stopped by to see if a low tire could be examined. The wait time exceeded my availability time that day. With that a staff member graciously offered to put air in the tire! Wow.... with a next day early morning appointment I was on the road again in an hour!!!

I drove up from Tampa to attend a good friend's celebration of life. While in town, I hit a storm culvert to avoid another driver pulling out. Destroyed a tire, my radiator and ripped off the oil filter housing. I had the car towed to Mavis as they were one of the few opened on Sunday. I explained my situation to Frank, my mechanic. Frank did everything in his power to obtain the parts and have them brought in the following day and got to work. Frank and the shop manager promised me that I would be on the road Monday evening. 6:00 pm closing time comes around and Frank doesn't skip a beat. He keeps right on working on my car. at 6:30 pm the car is finished. frank took the car out for a shakedown run and the car ran flawlessly. The shop cost ended up being higher than they quoted but they stuck to the original quote. I was able to drive the car back to Tampa that evening and had no issues whatsoever. It's really difficult for me to have to put blind trust into an auto shop. I have been ripped off so many times in the past by others. It's refreshing to see people who run a a shop have such honesty and integrity. Especially when I am in a bind. Thank you Frank for helping me out and to the shop manager for getting me safely on my way.

Everyone at Mavis is very kind, ethical, professional. They treat you like you are a friend! I always know our family's cars are in good hands! : )

Good reliable service, been using for several years.

I will give them and extra star because they really believe in customer service. I recently had a tire problem while traveling through Brunswick. My car had to be towed and I picked the closest tire shop according to Google.
It was the best move I could have made. Joe and his team were great. I felt like they really cared and I will drive all the way back there ( I live in Florida,) the next time I need tires.

Second time using Mavis in Brunswick GA since we relocated to St Simons Island. Awesome experience. Had a nail in my tire and no appointment. Jayson had it fixed with a minimal wait. Highly recommend these guys!

I have never had any problems with them. They have gone out of their way to help.
