The Bristol PA Shop is great! They know their customers personally and always greet and treat them well. They ask about you and not just your vehicle.

The speed and quality of service is excellent as well!

I would give this place negative stars if I could. My experience at Mavis Discount Tire was completely unacceptable and, more importantly, dangerous.

I was initially told my caliper was seized. An hour later, they said they couldn’t even find the part. I told them I’d come back the next day, but they insisted they could still complete my brakes. I trusted them, paid $657, and left—only to realize immediately that my car was shaking so violently it felt unsafe to drive.

I called right away and told them I did not feel safe enough to even cross the bridge and would have to bring the car back the next day without my child in it. What’s most alarming is that there was **no accountability whatsoever** for the fact that they allowed me to leave in an unsafe vehicle—**with my child in the car**. That level of negligence is unacceptable.

When I returned the next day, they changed their story and said the caliper was “working,” but claimed they couldn’t figure out why it locked up when reassembled. After FIVE more hours and another $400, they replaced the caliper anyway—the same issue they originally diagnosed but failed to properly address the first time. It was very suspicious behavior. I was not given a quote until check out for any amount I spent, both days.

On top of everything:

* My gas tank was about a quarter lower when I got my car back
* My interior leather door now has permanent marker on it, which they admitted they attempted to try to remove but couldn’t remove and took no real responsibility for it or the expense it will incur for me.

This experience shows a complete lack of professionalism, consistency, and care for customer safety. Allowing someone to drive away in a dangerous vehicle—especially with a child present—should never happen.

I strongly discourage anyone from spending their money here. Your safety is not taken seriously.
All of that and my car is still shaking, a problem that was never present prior to them working on my car. Because of the environment I simply cannot put myself or my vehicle in their presence or care.

Great staff they do an amazing job

The customer service was excellent! Mr. Harris was courteous, professional and respectful. He answered all my questions and gave me some helpful advice on the safety of my vehicle. I would definitely visit this facility in the future and recommend it to friends and family as well. Thank You.

I love this place. Excellent customer service. Go see Daniel Harris. He takes pride in his work. He is very helpful and will get you in and out the door.

Remy is an awesome person, he was working by himself… Didn’t get inspection done that mechanic called out everything else got done. Big ice frame not sure of that place would even function without him. Should pay him for everybody else’s job that he’s doing there.

I’ve always had a good experience here. Staff is accommodating and honest.

Was able to get in and get out. Oil change was done in about 30 minutes which is great.

I just left there for a free tire rotation. What a great experience. Manager was phenomenal so was the front desk employee and also the mechanic who did the work. Work was done very timely, and was just a great experience sitting there waiting, and talking with staff and other customers. Also there very honest. Which is hard to find now a days.Recommending everyone to go there and I will be going there now for everything.

Went way out of their way to help me out of a horrible situation.
WILLIAM, the manager was fantastic. Very dedicated and knowledgeable.
I got two flats on the NJ Tnpk and was towed to the shop.
They sent a guy out to drive an hour to get my size tire.
They stayed open after closing to mount the tires on my car.
Saved us from staying in a motel overnight.
Every other tire place we called said: "We close soon and don't have your size anyway"

The store manager William was excellent, knowledgeable, professional and polite.
He is a true asset to your company

Erika is such a sweet person. She gets everything done right away with a smile. Rip is an excellent mechanic and He’s the only mechanic I let work on my car.

Staff here at this Mavis are straight and to the point on what has to be done now and what will need to be done in the near future. There's no hidden cost

Everything was fine. On Time great customer service and personable manager. Price was a bit of a shock with small add ons per tire etc but nothing that bad. Wasn’t counting on alignment but was needed.

Bobby and T at Mavis we’re phenomenal!!!! Plugged my tire in no time. Very helpful, and definitely going back when I need tires!! They showed me exactly what the problem was and were honest you don’t get that often. Thanks so much!!!
