The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Problems are fixed quickly and I am always kept informed of everything that's happening with my car.

Arrived at my designated time, they took my car in for oil change and tire rotation. Service was done quickly and cleanly. They checked out the under carriage for any concerns and there were none. Very friendly and courteous staff! Highly recommend.

On April 2nd I went to the mavis discount tire on front st. In binghamton ny. I was greeted by the Assistant Manager Mathews
I checked in wanting my front brakes replaced for I was told by another competitor that I need them replaced. They were at 4 mil. Mr mathews then told me as soon as a technician came in he would get looked at. I was there right as he unlocked the door. Within 30 minutes he had technician Ethan on the vehicle to look at it. After they looked at my vehicle mr mathews came out to the waiting room to tell me that my brakes are fine. I was surprised 😮 I then asked if he could show me the brake pads he did. Showing me the brakes were fine. Mr mathews was assisted with another Assistant manager also Mr deMarco.
So with all associates listed above.
They saved me the cost of brakes and rotors for my vehicle. They didn't lie to me like there competitors. This is the reason I continue to come back to mavis along with there lower prices they have.
Again I have to give a huge Thank You to all!!

I arrived for my oil change appointment 9:00 am Sunday and was taken in almost as soon as they unlocked the doors and was out the door by 9:40.

I have been a loyal Mavis Tire customer for years because of their continued honesty and professionalism.
I had an issue with a check engine light this week, preventing my car from passing inspection. They diagnosed the issue and quickly replaced the faulty part on the spot without an appointment.
I come here because I trust them to fix what is needed with a fair price and not take advantage of my lack of car knowledge. Highly recommended them. Thank you, John!

They are very nice, have great customer service. Worked at a nice efficient time. Were honest about work.

Went in for a oil change, at 10am, No appointment, but needed to get done ASAP before Noon. Todd, had a full day of appointments, but assured me he'd squeeze me in but needed a bit of time and would call when done.. Sure enough 11:30 . Phone call. All done come get it.
In todays age I find most businesses and service providers generally lacking quality, professionalism and caring.. Mavis (Todd) excelled at all three. Hard to find other places.. We'll done
