Terrible service with no accountability

If I could leave no stars that’s what they deserve. The manager GALO has poor customer service skills. I went in for 4 tires and balance and an alignment. All 4 wheels badly damaged and GALO told me that his guys didn’t do it, I guess I’m just imagining the big gouged spots on ALL 4 wheels. I was told my truck wouldn’t fit on the alignment machine but in the same sentence the guy working on it said I needed a new camber kit…. How do you know that if the truck wouldn’t even fit on the machine. So GALO told me I would have to come back tmrw because he was to busy to deal with it right then. Now I’m waiting on the regional manager to call me. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE EVER.
