Not happy
I went into Mavis to get my fluids checked, tires rotated, and my brakes checked for my upcoming drive to Florida, and was told I needed a battery and front brakes, so I say ok let's do it and when I came back to get my car I asked if the tires and all that had been rotated and the guy looks at me and says I don't know to be honest. Then says I can bring it back in the next day and he won't charge me. Well, after getting home and checking out the car myself, none of the fluids were checked or filled because they were all low and I had ZERO oil in my car. That is why I asked them to check everything and they didn't. So, I did not bring my car back to them and I will not ever be bringing it back to them.
