Packers were on time, willing to help and communicated well.
Office was good at communication and willing to work with us in an unusual situation.

What an amazing team of people that you can really trust to go the extra mile in helping you with your move. From our first conversations with Julie, our Client Liaison Manager, to the day of the move itself, Matrix couldn’t have been more helpful and efficient. Our removal chaps, Darren and G, were incredible! They fitted all of our boxes and furniture into the van with such skill and took great care of everything. We didn’t have a single breakage and couldn’t be happier with our move.

The three guys who moved our items into storage where excellent.
Over the day and a half they were here they worked diligently and where always very helpful and careful.

Outstanding removal and cleaning service. The movers went beyond the call of duty and took time dismantling an enormous much valued bookcase with care. They also emptied a challenging loft which erroniously was not on their list to do. It was a long day for them.

On the recommendation of a friend, we used Matrix to do a full pack and move for us. This was completed yesterday .
At the time of booking, we were not asked to pay the whole sum in advance. There were no hidden bits and pieces added in and the whole transaction was completely transparent. The price was also very reasonable considering how much stuff my husband says I have. I should say, on moving day we didn’t actually know where we were going because of certain issues, but Matrix said that it was no problem as our things could easily be stored. Perfect.
The lovely chaps who turned up were courteous, hard working, very kind, humorous and very helpful.
You won’t find a better service.

Matrix were really helpful from the offset. We had an ok experience moving last time, and so the Matrix team were really reassuring. They came round to do a house check to see our stuff, and we opted for a full packing service.
All the boxes were clearly labelled, and they put the things in the correct rooms and made sure no other furniture needed to go elsewhere.
I would really recommend them, and the whole team were great!
