A difficult and burdensome task completed with cheerful competence.

Highly recommend Matrix!

We moved during lockdown and I can't recommend Matrix highly enough. Prior to the estimates coming in, Matrix was already a firm favourite. I have to add that the estimate was also reasonable compared to the other companies we talked to. There is lots of useful information and tips for moving day on the website and the Account Director was always on hand by telephone for questions.

The moving day itself was stressful but the team was very helpful and quick. I was especially impressed with the chap who disassembled and re-assembled large pieces of furniture, beds, dining table etc. as this was something that would have taken us absolutely ages to do ourselves. Worth paying for on its own!

I would add that in hindsight, although I did pack a few things I would have liked to pack some of my drawer contents myself especially smaller items and would do this if and when we ever move again.

A really nice touch is that several months after the move, we were able to call up Matrix and ask them to take our boxes away for re-use/recycling! Two very nice people turned up and cleared them from our shed.

Thank you Matrix for taking some of the stress out of moving! I have already recommended you to friends in the area.

From start to finish Matrix Removals provided an excellent service. Thank you Anthony, Chris (and your team) for a polite, courteous and respectful service. House moves are always stressful however you made it easier for us.

Matrix stepped in when I had been let down by other removal companies. They were excellent! A quick, efficient and professional service all round. Highly recommended - just make sure, as a self packer, that you know how to pack and label properly as this really helps the process.

Moving house after 25yrs we thought was going to be a challenge. The Matrix team were great, very obliging, efficient and nothing was too much trouble. Would not hesitate to use again. Highly recommend these guys.

The team at Matrix were simply superb! I needed to clear my house in the UK in preparation for renting whilst I was stuck in Australia. Matt and his team from my initial e-mail through to finishing the removals were incredibly professional, removing all of my stress and worry as well as my personal belongings. Matt managed to arrange a removal date at short notice and for all of my things to be immediately placed into storage. I highly recommend Matrix and couldn't have asked for more. Thank you so much.

The men were great helpful friendly funny but efficient. Nick was a good but understated manager and handled things well. Aaron was the star funny and very helpful and thoughtful on all of the little things
There was a problem towards the end I am not sure what happened but there was too much to do on the last day - they dealt with it well and brought in extra men but there had clearly been a planning issue. I was surprised to learn that many of the men were not matrix employees but sourced from other companies

Very helpful efficient removal men made my mums move go very smooth.

Matrix were absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend. Managed to fit us in at short notice and were so lovely and efficient to deal with. They were totally unphased by our clutter. I will be recommending them to everyone.

The Matrix Removal team arrived on time and were very polite, efficient and Professional. The items were removed very quickly and neatly stored in their van.

Matrix moved us from our family home of 33 years to a much smaller property. Despite the amount of books and clutter which could not have be disposed of because of lockdown, the removal men tacked the job competently and cheerfully. They were speedy, careful, friendly and polite. Thank you to Adrian, Paul, Paulo and Morgan. I would definitely recommend this company. Their cleaning team were also very efficient.

We were recommended Matt at Matrix by a local estate agents as we did not live in the area as it was a house move due to a bereavement.

Matt was exceptional even with my over detailed move requirements and Chris and his colleague on the day of the move were simply excellent and exceeded any expectations I had.

Every single one of the many, many items were packed perfectly. Chris went above and beyond and did far more for us than I could have expected. Due to the loss of our family member he really did do so much for us and even fixed and few things that were broken years ago just to try and make sure we could use them.

Chris and his colleague were just brilliant. I had a call on the day of the move to let me know they were coming and within 3 hours they were here. They unloaded quickly and professionally.

Chris went as I say above and beyond for us and I will never forget what he did for us.

On time, ultra efficient, polite, courteous and genuine people. Skilfully stored away my belongings, taking great care along the way. The off-loading of my belongings were taken to the right rooms, after we all travelled to the new property too.

Chris and Stephen were amazingly helpful managing my move from Surrey to the NE! Packed some of my boxes, organised my furniture on arrival, and even fixed a wobbly table leg! They answered all of my questions and were very efficient and polite. I highly recommend Matrix Movers.
