I cannot commit to paper the magnitude of my gratitude to Maxtrix and their teams. We suddenly had a completion date, 4 working days between exchange and completion, and for various reasons, fairly binary. Matrix bent over backwards to accommodate, and with exceptionally efficient and clear communication, booked us in. We went for the pack and move service, which was a dream. I literally left the (fairly messy four bedroom) house, complete with kids toys scattered everywhere, on the Thursday to go to work, and came home and it was all carefully packed and clearly labelled. The guys on move day were so polite and actually, a lot of fun, making what is ordinarily a stressful experience quite a good laugh. The lads worked so hard, flat out all day, to get us in and settled. What an experience. 6* if I could. Thanks all. Edd

We were recommended Matrix by our estate agent. We first met Anthony when he came to assess our needs.
Alisha did a fabulous job of packing and moving day way was so much better than expected, the guys were wonderful. We really appreciated the small touches with Robbie hanging our dressing gowns in the bathroom.

Anthony from Matrix took great care to understand at the beginning our particular needs before arranging an efficient tailor made programme for our relocation to France from London. From beginning to end Matrix remained flexible to accommodate any changes needed to meet target dates for removing goods to their final delivery. The confidence felt in Matrix from the beginning meant any stress involved in moving was kept to a minimum and the overall experience was a resounding success.

I used Matrix removals for a move out, 4 week storage and move in. Moving house is super stressful but when you have Chris from Matrix heading up the team you are in great hands and are being well looked after. I personally requested Chris for my move into my new house. Effective, efficient and organised. Great company to work with.

I contacted Matrix for a price to pack and move my house to our new place. I was dealing with Matt and he was great. He came to see our property and talked through his offer in detail. His price was competitive but not the cheapest. I went with Matrix though because of the service they were offering, the professionalism and the confidence I felt with them. The move went very well. The team that turned up were well briefed and very respectful. They packed our home with care and worked around our timings. I would have no problem recommending Matirx to anyone or using them again. A very happy customer.

I don't often write reviews but I wanted to say a massive thank you to Anthony in particular and Matt and all the team for helping me move two weeks ago. I was away with work and they worked brilliantly with my friend who said they were a delight on the day. Anthony answered all my phone calls, there were many!! We have recently used Matrix moving from a big house to a flat. From the very first inspection of the property made by Antony the owner of the company, to the end of the move, the service offered by Matrix has been excellent. Everything went smoothly, nothing was damaged, the staff has been very professional, kind and careful. Every item was protected to the perfection.
We have made 5 moves since in London, but the experience with Matrix has been the best we had so far. I highly recommend them!
