Love the aluminum MX19 frame. Can’t wait to try it out. Folks there were very responsive to my email communications. The only negative was paying over $45 for UPS next day saver delivery only to have it take nearly a week for the frame to be delivered after it was shipped. Not sure what happened there. Seems like it might have been a UPS problem. That aside, I would buy from Matrix Arms again. They make a great product!

Ordered a year ago, item marked shipped a week after placing order. Never recieved item. Recently fot an email about 3-4 weeks ago stating item shipped (???), still haven’t recieved item. Reviewing solely because you sent me an email asking how you did.

They're great! Matrix Arms has the best upper and lower receiver matches in the country and in the world for that matter and the customer service is top-notch can't be beat. If you ever think about replacing the old contents of your safe like I did with worthwhile parts, then MATRIX ARMS is the way to go! ...without breaking the bank. Hasta la vista, baby!

Exactly as described and arrived on time.

One of the screws was bad. Had to go to local hardware to buy replacement. Other than that it has been a good hand guard.

The company is doing well

Did a great job. Receiver showed up fast and flawless.

From the moment I ordered the parts online until they arrived at my doorstep I had zero communication from the company. I tried calling the various numbers I could find linked to their name multiple times. Every call went to voicemail and no call was returned. I emailed the contact on the website and got no response there either. I was honestly surprised when the parts actually arrived because I had no idea they were on the way. Parts seem nice and that's the only reason I'm giving 2 stars. Communication is non existent with them so good luck if you need help.

I canceled my order and they sent it anyway, 3 weeks late. 0 communication from the company, many email, voicemails later and not a single response. I did get a could messages from the Facebook page where they confirmed my order and I confirmed cancelation, and yet they still shipped it.

Good service. Good quality.
